The app is good but is having some bugs sometines is not saving the changes for some of my products. I've been trying to loading my DR SEO page, but is not working, Its showing me just a blank page..
ChatGPT recommended this App since we were having issues with Broken Links, but found quickly that this App also helped with image compression and other things. Jeff from their Support team was amazing at helping me set it up properly and we've seen a drastic difference within hours! Thanks Jeff!!!
This is a great app. It gives you extensive insight on your SEO issues. The customer service people are quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend SEO Doctor to anyone who is considering an SEO app for their site.

Great application but it should give the more functionalities in free version
I dont really leave reviews but when I do it is across apps which I see deserve credit. this app is easy to use, great customer support when needed.

I decided to try the paid version for a day and then removed it as it what not what I thought it would be . But they still charged me for a FULL month ,i contacted shopify to get it removed and they said that the app deveolper needs to do it. I am not happy paying for something I did not use BEWARE!!!!

This is a lie. You used the app for 3 weeks not a day. If you had used the app for just a day of course we would have refunded your subscription.
Amazing application to help improve the success of small to large websites. The customer support service is the best I’ve received to date.
I paid for the yearly pro plan which apparently has a 14 day return policy that I was never aware of. Well, it takes a couple months to ensure this app is working properly so beware that you will not get your money back when you realize this app sucks. The customer service is shotty. You may or may not get a response. When you do get a response to issues you are seeing with their app, all you get from them is "google shows this or that". I don't care what google shows if your app doesn't match that. I had an SEO score of 32 in their app which is very low but every time I reached out for help/questions, the answer was "google shows.....". The app never matches what customer service tells you. I also had autopilot set up for image compression but had an error message every day that 8 images needed compression. I would look for the images they were referring to and get a notice that all images are compressed. Well, which is it? They are good or 8 need done. Things like that constantly. I set up autopilot to have specific data listed for my products, but it never updated to what I requested. Just constant issues with this app. DO NOT USE IT. Now you will see a reply back from SEO Doctor about my review that will try to tell you everything I am saying is incorrect so beware of that also.

Thanks for your review. Please accept our apologies for the experience. While we target excellent customer experience but in this case we should have done a better job. Anways.. as per our email conversation, we didn't charge you for the pro account, so you did not loose any money, but I do agree with you that you have lost the time and trust on us. I've been using the app for a few months as part of a bigger strategy to review my SEO. My overall opinion of the app is that it's really good, it's important to have some level of understanding about what you're expecting it to achieve. Some of the reviews below, seem to think this will get you to the top of google, but that's not what this is about. This will trawl its way through your meta tags, image tags descriptions, 404's and more and change them so that your SEO is better. Without me doing ANYTHING this app got my SEO score to about 80%. During this time my own keyword research developed too and so when I had a great set of keywords I could apply it myself using the app (in the target Keyword section) and my SEO score is about 86% at the moment. I know I'll hit 100% and then I'll really be able to see the results. That said, the products I have completed are now already starting to rank higher in google and I am getting more organic traffic already. One of my products in particular is gaining a lot of traction, I can attribute to this wholly to the app. In terms of pricing, it's very competitive. Definitely does what it says on the tin. SEO is a minefield and I think this app has definitely been an important part of my web strategy.

SEO Doctor has been a really helpful app for our store. It has been great in helping us see what pages that we can improve, and we have seen a positive return on investment from using it.
I have started using the free app and am so happy with it! I had a couple of snags, but customer service go right on it and emailed me updates as to the solutions. This is a very easy app to use and it really teaches you how to properly optimize your listings. I have A LOT of work to do getting my SEO down on my site, but I feel confident this app will help me! Thanks so much for a great app and even better customer service.

Free version has an optimization limit, support publishes private data on their own website in a forum without permission. Poor support, bad app - I would not recommend it! Update: The SEO Doctor Support asked me to delete this review. I definitely couldn't make an infinite number of changes in the free version with the page editor. After a certain number the changes could not be saved and a message came up with: "optimization limit reached, upgrade your app". Furthermore, data protection is violated with the automatic publication of customer inquiries on the developer's homepage. The apology did indeed come, but that doesn't change the fact that it's not legal. I don't quite understand why my feedback is supposed to be unfair. That is our personal experience with the app & support. We deleted the app and are using another free app with the same solution.

This is a really unfair review. 1 - We have provided all the information about the free version in our app description, also you can simply uninstall if you don't like the limits. 2 - I already apologized about the forum issue and immediately removed your post within 12 hours of your complaint. This is really uncalled. I kindly request you to please remove it. Most importantly, we could have simply had this chat over emails, but you don't respond to us for some reason. Not the best intention, one may say.

Thanks for the feedback Izard, sometimes I takes a while for rankings to happen, it mostly depends on the competition of the keywords. Also, 403 pages on your website has been index by Google upto date, you can see that by typing this in Google search site:www.izardlinea.it
Really good - it takes a huge amount of work out of SEO leaving you to do the final touches! I recommend using!
I have had great success with this app. I performed some manual SEO work but then decided to upgrade to the Pro version which gave me "autopilot" features. This part was amazing. I have a big store with a lot of products and it fixed over 12,000 SEO issues. excellent app! would highly recommend it.
This app has helped me to identify issues within my e-commerce site that I didn't even realize were hindering my being found. I am not very literate regarding SEO and the option to automate the corrections is an amazing time-saver.
So far the team has been fantastic to work with! They're in the process of helping me with so much more than just the standard SEO work. I'm waiting on an Enterprise package email to come back to move forward completely, but so far I couldn't be happier with the switch I've made and the changes they've already helped me with. 10/10 would recommend working with them!
Very pleased with this app. I had no idea that there was a bit of work to do on the background of my shop that I wasn't aware of. When I had some issues, the guys responded immediatly which is very nice when you are in a learning stage about SEO optimization. Highly recommend this app.

These guys are criminals. The app was not working so I contacted support, gave them access to my store, and they immediately went and downloaded our customer list! After reporting to Shopify and an investigation, Shopify support confirmed that they did download my customer list. They ended up getting a fine, having to sign a contract saying that they had deleted all the information they downloaded and subsequently changed their name. Beware of this company - do not give them access to your store!

Thank you for your feedback. In all honesty this was our fault and we have since then taken measures together with Shopify since it happened a couple of months back to make sure this does not repeat itself. What happened was your account manager was a new hire, really good with SEO but new within the Shopify dashboard and partnership area. In the first place, he should not have requested access your entire store but only the apps, theme and settings area since that is all he need to troubleshoot, if there are any issues. He did not know that and went ahead to request all those access. When finding his way around and he ended up clicked on your customer list, the good thing is the way our email system is structured he could not download the list since the email with the list did not get to him. The content of the email with the list was never downloaded we did prove this to Shopify. We have been a Shopify partner for 6 years now, we have helped 10,000+ businesses with their SEO and this has never happened until a couple of weeks months back in your case. We do respect every merchant we work and the Shopify ecosystem. What we have done going forwards is change our training for new hires on type of permission to ask for and how to go about doing that. We are truly sorry for the trouble and we 100% guarantee that this type of issue will never happen again since we have implemented a solution to this issue. Also we have not changed our name and we are only constantly improving the app with new UI and better experience.

I would highly recommend this app. I have used other Shopify SEO apps and one particular I paid a monthly subscription for a year and SEO Doctor has done more for me in two days then the other company. They are amazing and have been working with me and my company (Fits4Yoga.com) I am excited to see the final results.

I am just now getting set up with this application. However, my initial exposure has been enlightening and positive. Girmal Sundavadra explained, in detail, what he was going to do for me week by week. He answered all my questions, was very patient, and made sure I understood everything before ending the call. At this point, I am impressed.
No way to use trial. Why pay when you don't even know what it's capable of doing? It says you can do a free trial but there's no way to do that.

Hi PB Love. SEO Doctor does require a subscription in order to access our features. However, you are not charged for the first 7 days on the app. You will also not incur any charges should you uninstall within 7 days.
This app is awesome. I tried a couple of other SEO help apps and customer service was not even close to the customer service experience I had with SEO Doctor. This company is amazing. They do what they promise and much more.
They have really helped us with our site. Their response to questions is very quick. Explain answers in good detail. Would recommend this app.
Free version of no use, all included features are of no value, you find online better analysis tools. Very pushy, I simply don't like this way of advertisement.
I have only used this app for a short while so far and it's been really good. I had a problem where my store crashed and bugged the app so I contacted support and they where super quick to fix it for me (computer noob here) Now it's back up and running ill be using it and I can't wait! I read about this app in an article and gave it a wirl to help me improve SEO. It quickly identified opportunities and walked me through making those updates easily. Excellent customer service-even helped me fix something unrelated to their app which had popped up along the way. Would definitely recommend trying this app.

So far so good. Had a little trouble with connecting my google account to show my broken links but emailed them for support and they answered within 24 hrs. Very good app so far. Had it for about a month now.
The app is useful. The auto pilot doesn't do nothing. After three weeks the Seo score is still not updated. The suggested keywords are just a repetition of the title of the product. You cannot suggest other keywords in bulk. You have to modify be yourself product by product and the access to the product meta tags is slower through the app than through a standard shopify access. Very disappointed after I paid for a pro plan for a mediocre app

Very buggy and slow, we had to fetch images over and over just so the app would list all our images and let us know if any of them needed to be optimised. This ending up being a huge waste of time as we had to keep clicking the button over and over. Any updates you make outside of the app don't show, for example if you change a product image it doesn't refresh. If you use the free version and you get the SEO Optimisation Report for a page and browse away from it you can't look at the errors again without using up their 'optimisation points' which you only get a limited number of per month. Says "keywords not found" in URL, image, H1, H2 etc when there are. Not very useful, we uninstalled the app.
Update: Developer got in touch with me, the pricing page was something they'd missed updating and they offered to help troubleshoot the product updates. --- Don't understand, under pricing it says up to 2000 optimizations and I got blocked off after doing roughly 90 image optimizations. Also it spent 10 minutes trying to load up a product page for optimization and never pulled it in. So it seems there are glitches and for some reason the actual app doesn't match what is advertised. https://kudobuzz.com/pricing/

Great app that will quickly solve any SEO issues you are encountering or did not know existed! Help us clean some of imaging and meta fields on various pages that went undetected by us. A must have for any online store.
$199 USD in 3 days (now refunded after spending time following up through Shopify) Lack of communication. Works were not performed as asked on several occasions via email. If you are new to SEO their lower levels of offerings may provide a good service, however their 199 service is not up to the level of service you would expect. Business owner contacted me after my original review was left and was apologetic providing an offer of one keyword free for 3 months. Unfortunately I have no confidence to accept. Hopefully the business owner leans from my time loss and applies better practices for future premium clients.
Won a free SEO review and overhaul from them and it was completed quickly and they picked up a few things I'd missed, which is all for the better

I have waited to write a review in hopes that the service would eventually start working, but it has been 5 months and none of my 5 keywords has budged. 2 have still not even ranked (!) and the other 3 are exactly where they started when I signed up. They *say* they have a 120 day money back guarantee, but if you try to get them to honor it they will just stop replying to you. On top of this, I paid for the service on 1/3 but when no one had even logged into my account by 1/25 I emailed to ask what was going on and only then did someone log in and get started. At that point I was already getting billed for the next cycle despite no work having been done during the first one. They ask you to write a review before you have even had a chance to use their service. This company does not seem legit to me.
I had an issue with my shop last night and contacted SEO Doctor to help, i was very impressed with the level of service i was provided with and they managed to sort my issues out without question. 10/10 for customer service. Thanks for your help
this is a great app. the only problem I have is using the app to update my site. The input fields dont take my changes and I have to go into my website to make the changes to SEO inputs. Its not bad, its just cumbersome. I tried different browsers and it didnt make any difference. The app is good and I think it would be excellent if they could get some of the bugs out.

A very user-friendly app that has helped us identify area's that needed improving- and it's free. I really liked the honest view that said: "your SEO score is OK". Having dealt with other companies in the past we do appreciate someone telling us no work is needed in certain areas. If you are just starting out in e-commerce on Shopify I would say this app is an absolute must. not sure about the App, I have been actively tied to Google and Bing and reporting for some time yet this app says it is not hooked up. Also I have used other apps to optimize images and this app says I need to do that. So I would say this app does not actually test all the things it says it does and I don't want to pay someone to fix things like hooking up to bing and google which I know are already done.
