Worst App I've ever used. The App froze multiple times during a major sales event while I was trying to activate/ deactivate sales. Reached out to support over email/ live chat and no-one responded. Wasted hours of my own time trying to fix it. Good riddance!

Hi. Three of our sales are stuck in deactivating now, meaning we cannot activate or deactivate any of our sales at the moment. Please advise ASAP! We need this fixed now so that we can run our sale tomorrow! Thank you. I will delete the poor review when it is fixed.
Don't use this app!!! The app is never working without any problems or it's fully not working... Besides that, the support is not helping with any of the problems and if they come up with a solution it's always too late..

App not working anymore! Need it ASAP! CAN'T ACCESS THE APP AND WE CAN'T CHANGE THE PRICES MANUALLY ON OUR WEBSITE! IT CHANGES BACK TO THE SALES PRICE BUT OUR SALE IS OVER! We can't do anything right now and we are forced to sell at prices we don't want to!! THEY DON'T ANSWER US !!

the App create the SALE but if customer have a Discount Code they are able to apply it on ALREADY DISCOUNTED PRICE . Loosing Money www.eugfashion.com

We use this app for both of our stores, does what it should. We needed some help from the support team, they where quick and helpful.
I used this app for years, but recently it has been incorrectly affecting product prices...even for products that aren't set up in this app. On the afternoon/evening of the 24th the price for one of our products not set up this app was affected. ****203 was the last correct order at 3:16pm at $67 ****258 at 8:04 incorrect came through $144.85 I reached out to Shopify support and they confirmed from the logs that "At 7:46 PM UTC on the 24th, the "Sale - All in one" app was recorded adjusting this product's price from $67.00 to $144.85" Uninstalling the app now. This is very concerning

I've used this app before with great success but the functionality of it has totally broken. I have to close out of it and re-access from the app menu after every two actions that I do. Edits don't load and I'm manually adjusting half the prices myself with no rhyme or reason. Such a bummer to see it stop working so much!
Hi team, is the app down? it was working well for years and since last year, i often get blank screen or error message asking me to check the logs. ??
Have been using this app for years now but will look for another since the last 4-6 months this have been working really slow and we have to close it and try a lot of times everytime we want to make few changes. Time killer with a lot of errors. We're sorry, but something went wrong. If you are the application owner check the logs for more information. This is the info we get every time we use it after 3-5 mins in the app. Drop it !

Just installed but works exactly as described - been setting up our BFCM sales without any problems - we ran into a small problem with one of the timers, but the support got that sorted out in no time.

The app isnt working as we hope. is very slow!! It allowed me to put comparative prices with a discount, but now i cant change them or delete all the offers, in order to put them back with the correct prices. Basically you need to change all the prices manually in the shopify admin.

Thank you for your review! Sorry the app seems to be slow for you. We are limited by Shopify to updating about 100 products per minute. If you were trying to update many products, it can take some time. If you by chance uninstalled the app with sales that were still active, we lose access and can't change back the prices. However, you can fix that by re-installing the app, creating the same sales, activating them (they will still be active on your store, so there will be no change to your prices), then deactivating them. I hope that helps, and feel free to reach out with any other questions!
We have 3 stores where we are using this sale app - we try others but this one was working best for our needs. We really like to new Timer update.
Very poor performance! The App works very slow, does not show what the % of SALE actually and when a user is on the garment page nowhere is marked that there is a sale. Bugging all the time.

Hi Marcellamode, thank you for your review, and sorry the app is not performing the way you had hoped. Unfortunately, the app only updates the product prices on the backend of Shopify. How the discount is displayed to your customers is controlled entirely by your theme code. There are often options in your theme customization area on how to display sale information, but if there are none for your theme, you may need to have a developer help you update the code
The app works great. It does need a little work if you have many products or want different discounts but all can be achieved by creating collections with specific tags or vendors.

I tried the app three different times, for a 20% sitewide sale, it increased all my prices. Thank gosh for an UNDUE button that reversed this out three times.

Hi camoLOTS.com, Thanks for reaching out, and thank you for your review. Sorry the app isn't performing the way you were hoping. The app assumes that if there is a price in the "compare at price" field, it is the not-on-sale price, and uses that to calculate the new price. If there is not a number in the "compare at price" field, then the app uses the number in the "price" field as the not-on-sale price to calculate from. We structured our app this way because we've found that trying to calculate new prices from items that are currently on sale creates too much of a mess and too much confusion. A very good app that works and is very stable. But for bigger stores it does affect the loading times of your pages- esp. collections. Our load time from our homepage to any collections pages doubles to triples with this app.... from 2 to 7 seconds to more. We do have hundreds of products but no other app has caused this. Hopefully SAIO will fix this problem. So, a great app but there is a price to pay.

It is in no way connected to the frontend of you shop, and can't affect the load time of your site. Is there any other change you have made to your store recently, or any other new app? Love this app - its saving us so much time when doing sales. We use this for BFCM and other sales. We have a few extra things we wanted to add and the support was very helpful.
It's super slow every time you have to enable or disable a sale and support answer is that they experience an issue at that moment. That's not true, it's always VERY slow. Support takes more time than the update to answer. So by the time they speed it up it's too late.

This app is exactly what I have been searching for. It is clear, simple to use and has so many versatile functions compared to the other apps that are getting these basics SO WRONG! Very happy to have found this. =)
The support is great and very fast, however I would warn anybody to use the app as it changed 700 prices in my store automatically even though I had not setup anything for them via this app. Their support helped me reset this however I was in panic and cannot use this app anymore as it does not work.
Loving it so far! I just wish it had BUY X, GET X built in and it would be perfect. Good job Saio!!!

I used this app a few times and it worked okay but the last time i used it, it changed the prices of all of the products in one category, ruined my shop and now I have to manually reprice hundreds of items
Not good. Do random things and Im now waited 30 minutes to discount kick in.... do not download. Its easy to manage but its not working good.

Do not use this app!! It changed the prices not a problem but when I ended the sale the prices would not revert back and I had to manually change them myself. What a nightmare !

This is an awesome and affordable app which makes it easy to schedule or launch sales for BFCM. Best app for simple sales.
Overall our experience using this app was just great! We ran our Black Friday sale with it and it went very well. We created 11 different sales for different discounts and scheduled them to start at the same time and end at a specific time. Everything worked as expected. However, the app did become unavailable for a couple of hours while the sale was active but that did not affect the sale at all. We chose this app over a more expensive one and we’re very happy with it. It is a very simple app that does what it’s supposed to do. I would have given this app 5 stars if it had not become unresponsive.
Not very satisfied with this app, I had a few issues. I prefer to cancel my subscription and get another app, even if it is very complicated to re organize all the reductions...
Never works to disable and add products. Spent 3 hours today and it is still not working. DO NOT recommend this app.
The app crashed whilst deactivating a sale and wouldn't revert my prices. Had to remove the app and redo all the pricing manually. Completely let down especially as you have to pay for the app...avoid!
Destroyed my website. I turned off the app after the sale and the sales prices stayed on my website. I couldn't fix this and I am still waiting to hear back from their customer support. I emailed them at 930 am and it is now 5 pm. I wouldn't trust this app.
I was a little worried, considering the first review left for this app, but I can assure everyone that whatever issue that person had has been corrected. I added this app to our store and in less than a minute I was able to put a whole category on sale. To fully test it, I then deleted the sale and made sure items went back to regular price. They did - It works perfectly and super efficiently. I love that we can post more than one sale at once, setting priorities to insure that everything is priced correctly - and even this is easy to do with this app. With all the sales listed on one screen, it's easy to see what's happening on our store and start, schedule or end sales. We have almost a thousand items on our store, so this is going to take the hassle out of running sales, which is great news for our customers!
