Encountered a few issues in terms of the collection page layout/ template, but nothing that the support team can't fix. Appreciate Elijah, most especially, for his patience and willingness to always offer solutions to our concerns and requests.

Easy to use and navigate. It's also integrated with a couple of important 3rd party apps that we use so that's a relief. Customer service are extremely helpful and patient whenever I encounter issues.
Dataships team has always been helpful from the begining. They reach out regularly for updates. They have also helped our email list grow significantly since we got them. Worth the investment.

App is easy to use and customer service is excellent. So much can be done in the app even on a free plan
Awesome service, great communication, speedy response, and I have not encountered any issues so far. We have seen an increase in our conversion rate, highly recommend.
