See the review from Infinity Goalie. Also my store. Ditto on all my comments there. Update (Jan 2025). Have been using Judge.Me since 2016 when the founder was still replying to customer service emails himself. Rarely need to contact them. I did today regarding DKIM verification at 6pm EST on a Sunday evening. They fixed my problem within about 15 minutes. The only minor complaint is the UI/UX can sometimes be a little bit confusing. It's not always 100% intuitive where to find things. That said, the amazing customer service more than compensates for that. They'll always direct you to the right place. A pretty powerful reviews platform for a fraction of the price of some of the bigger brand name review sites out there that do....basically the same thing.
Original review (2015): Still trying to drive more traffic to this new store to really put this thing through the paces, but no complaints yet! Pretty easy to use and enough free features it's worth grabbing as a new store. I particularly like the ability to add a photo in and make the chat seem personal. Update April 2020: still on it. Still fantastic.
Updated 2020 Review Wow, this app has come a long way since 2017. In 2017 it did the trick as a page builder, but the features, speed, everything has really improved. The drag-and-drop functionality is really good. Kudos, Shogun team and hope this continues to head in the same direction. Original review from 2017 The best page building app out there and an essential for anyone looking to pretty up their website. Super responsive support and these guys are working hard to add new features all the time. The only thing remotely close to a complaint is this app is so valuable that it really should be a build-in feature on Shopify.
Just started using Zapier and getting addicted. Need to hold myself back from setting up Zaps that are just for the sake of doing them. I had never heard of Zapier until it was mentioned in a forum and it's really extended the timeline for when we'll need to hire an employee with how much it's automated. A small portion of our business is dropshipped. Zapier is now set up to automatically take our orders and email them to our vendor in the format they need to process it. Also, we've set it up to take all of the receipts we have send to us via email, create a monthly Dropbox folder, and name/file those receipts appropriately. That's 80% of our receipts we now don't need to hunt for anymore. This will definitely be a HUGE asset to our business as we grow and find more processes to automate.
I originally left a review with a few minor complaints and within an hour Evan, the founder, followed-up with solutions to all the issues. I'm pretty impressed at his level of service and definitely should have taken the time to ask the questions before leaving my review. Not a bad little app that certainly grew my email list.
The free version has more than enough great features for beginning sites. Another one of our sites gets a HUGE number of reviews, more than some competitors with 10x-100x the traffic, simply due to the follow-up emails. Hoping to see the same with this site.
