One Click Upsell is great. It is easy to use and very intuitive. I do recommend you watching the videos because there are some good tips/tricks and best practices shared. I am most impressed with the Thank You page - this has been helping us move a $2 item that was not moving previously. Some items tend to get lost in the shuffle of all the products, no matter how much one tries to put it front and center. The only challenge so far is the integration with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Rise.ai. Shopify seems to code the Thank You sale differently than a normal in-cart order. Customers receive a cart abandonment email from Klaviyo (triggered by Shopify) even after the purchase has been made. This has been addressed on the Klaviyo side and it appears to be working (not sending out more cart abandonment emails). Rise.ai has also had issues by double rewarding people - this has been addressed with them and they are trying to solve this issue. All in all, this app is great and just what our store needed! I highly recommend Shipping Rates by ZipCode. I have been looking for a shipping rates solution for the past 3 years (since we launched our store). It seemed impossible to find out that could do what I wanted. We ended up sticking with the native Shopify shipping solution and we "made it work for us". It was not ideal, but it worked. I found Shipping Rates by Zipcode late in 2020. I downloaded the free trial and began building out the app. I created 11 different shipping zones from FedEx, the respective zipcodes per shipping zone, and the weight ranges of our boxes that we ship with the respective shipping service. It was a full project but one I am proud of. Since we subsidize our shipping costs, this customization was highly important. After everything had been set, I had a complication from products we sell that do not need to be expedited versus items that need to be expedited. It took about 1 week and they had a solution created to fit my need. I cannot thank Shipping Rates enough for the stellar performance, the incredible customer service, and the willingness to hear me out and gauge if my request/issue was worthy of adding the feature to their app. If you are looking for a shipping app solution, look no further. Seriously, this app is incredible. Thank you guys!

Highly Recommended! I have been using this app now for a few months after coming over (and losing my previous subscribers) from a different app. I was a bit reluctant and disappointed that the subscribers cannot migrate, but such is life on the internet. I noticed that campaigns were easy enough to set up and run. I operated on the Free plan until I ran out of impressions then I stepped up to the 10K impressions. I am not even close to hitting this threshold but I like trying. I appreciate simplicity that produces results. PushOwl is a revenue stream for our store and I could not be happier with it.

Update** Sept 25, 2020 I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product!
