I am adding ANOTHER Update as of Nov 5 2019, to my 5-Star review, because honestly these guys flat out deserve it. I had a Billing Issue, that I did not discover for 3 Months, and when I did discover it, and let them know about it, they showed 100% INTEGRITY and credited it back to me. Honestly most companies would hide behind some type of "Policy" or whatever, but Serge and Katherine and the support Team at OMNISEND not only did NOT do that, they did the right thing and continue to provide outstanding support. I have been using these guys since they were Soundest, and now in their new form of OMNISEND. I am Updating their REVIEW because they are added SO MANY great features that it is amazing. Personally I have found most Email Marketing platforms as "sensory overload", and it also took me 15 steps to remember that I had done previously. These guys have done a GREAT job of being VERY POWERFUL but making it easy for us busy Entrepreneurs. I have Enabled many of their awesome features, and still have more to do. I honestly wish I could give Tommy and his Team here at Stamped.IO more than 5-Stars, because after working with many Apps and Teams, I have to say these guys are the best! First of all, let's start with the APP. I was a long time YOTPO User, and have looked at MANY additional Review Apps and Stamped.IO is AMAZING actually and VERY well done! You get a TON of Bells & Whistles, and honestly if there ever was an APP worth the Premium $29.99, this would be it. Some quick plugs on the APP itself, as I find that the Widgets/Formatting/Review Emails and just then overall "look & feel" that my Customers see is MUCH better than before. It just looks GOOD! You will NOT be disappointed with this as your REVIEW PARTNER. Their GROUPS feature is GREAT, and I found their Onboarding and Importing of my previous APPS very well done. Now to speak to something that seems like it has gone away with many APP developers here, and that is Customer Service. Tommy has been AMAZING at getting back to me on a timely basis. I have to say that the Customer Service I have received from the guys all around and every time has been exceptional. He offered to have one of his designers "spice" up my APP, and they really did a great job. I have received positive feedback so far from people that have used it and they say that it made the BUYING process more seamless and easier.
