This app is chasing away customers, since it is NOT SECURE, so instead customers either shop elsewhere or call us to place the order over the phone and ask why our website isn't secure
Our mobile site was in bad shape, so we grabbed Fablet and had a free mobile site up quickly on our own. We had to contact support to get the SSL going and they took care of us within a couple of days. Quick and easy way to get mobile and tablet access to your store.
Documentation not that clear, but other than that a great app. Could see the benefits of using Flabet.
Very nice app for my mobile online store! Although I have syncing issue from time to time but the support team was quick to response and very helpful. The problem was solved in timely manner. Great app, great customer service!
The best customer service with super fast response. Mandy and Logan are amazing. Response was almost instantaneous and the solution almost as quick!
Fast customer service, smooth layout and interface with many customisable options, highly recommendable.
Bad load times. 51/100. Also always having to go back in and remove categories that keep reappearing.
I have to say that the Customer Service I have received from the guys all around and every time has been exceptional. He offered to have one of his designers "spice" up my APP, and they really did a great job. I have received positive feedback so far from people that have used it and they say that it made the BUYING process more seamless and easier. I was such a dummie for getting this app. Got it a couple of years ago and stupid me, I didn't check to see how it looked on mobile. I worked and worked my store the last few years without seeing headway. Last week I checked to see how my store looked on mobile for the first time. It was horrible.It didn't look at all like it does on a computer. It had looked that way all this time! Bad news for me because most of my customers use mobile! It flips over to shoppad where there is no pattern for the layout and it is not at all user friendly'! My sales have increased since I removed it. If you get this you better have a look on your mobile and don't put it off like I did.
Disappointed, i had the Shop Pad app for free until the name changed, now they are asking for a monthly fee... They never advised me of this change
Great app, to help us get an "app version" of our store onto mobile platforms. Support and assistance through the process has been fantastic, and the team has been very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Very basic, limited in design features. Made our website look worse in fact. 2* for offering a 30 day trial.

Great app! I've been using it for over a year on my Shopify ecommerce site, www.zinniafolkarts.com, and it's been terrific. More and more of my customers are looking at the site on their mobile devices and many more are purchasing items from their phone, never looking at the desktop site. I had a minor issue today and the live chat operator was extremely helpful and quick. Love it!
UPDATE: Be careful with Shoppad if you plan on switching to a responsive theme eventually. I ran into an issue with my mobile search results not working correctly, and the support wasn't fully able to help me. --- Shop Pad was the best option I could find to make my site mobile friendly without changing the theme. It has been pretty good, but I ultimately I am switching to a responsive theme to have more control and continuity between my mobile and desktop sites.

While the idea is GREAT, and the look is appealing, a couple things need some work. The load time for one. But mostly the navigation. If you want to back out of the listing and dont hit the x, you end up in the previous window of another site. Also, there isnt a way to see more than a few things at a time. I realize its a catalog look, like a magazine, but I dont find that easy to navigate unless your just browsing. I think if a store has a bunch of the same stuff on, and not one of a kind in the thousands like I do, its perfect! Also, the support is stupendous...
Excellent support! Required a fix - it was resolved in four minutes! That is service!
The old shoppad app was not very good, barely any description of product, poor barely-there homepage etc.... this new one looks much flashier and more app-like and all that. BUT BEWARE. We installed this app and over a period of a few days it was clearly obvious it was a fail. Our bounce rate for mobile and tablets doubled. Our pages per visit slashed from ~9 to ~3. This had a serious effect on our actual sales placed on mobile/tablet, as well as affecting traffic ending up on desktop. We had some of our worst performing days while the app was active, with seriously lower sales and conversion rate, so we have removed it. Our website uses instead a responsive theme with some changes made to mobile, but mostly a desktop website for tablets. Our mobile experience is sort of okay but not that good, it needs a lot of work, and yet it performed twice as good (or more) than this app. So I say beware of the claims and the marketing. It may be better than NO mobile website, but it may also perform worse than a well optimized responsive site. The user interface is a bit sluggish and not really intuitive... the whole thing of turning pages is I think far too removed from normal shopping experience that I didn't even realize that I could do that, or how to get to the products... the usability is poor with too much learning curve. Also the app lacks really useful marketing, sales, various other ecommerce features like cross-sells, up-sells etc... all the cool stuff you can do with OTHER apps and plugins, that have absolutely no effect when using this app. I recommend getting your responsive website put in place well so that you can benefit from all the other things an ecommerce store really needs, which this app does not provide. I'm giving it 3 stars for `looking nice` and `being original` but nothing more, due to the proof that it performs badly and is unintuitive.
This is a GREAT app. Of all the apps I have tried so far, this one is the best. It does exactly what it says it does. It will change your desk top store into an iPad store in a matter of minutes. The customer support is great. I contacted them once and heard back within 24 hours.....very nice! The best part, I can see who uses shoppad and who uses the desk top to shop. Since installing the app (about a week ago) 60% of my customers are mobile device shoppers. Anyone who thinks they don't need to get a mobile app is crazy......everyone is turning to phones and iPads to shop!!! Thanks Shoppad.....I love it!
This app is so easy and already had a new order for me within 24 hours of installing. Very easy made my shop look much better on phone and tablet. Thanks for making this so easy for an extreme novice such as me.
Great app and great support. There are a lot of new customers using mobile phones and this ShopPad really helped give my site a new look and easy navigation . I had few issues and they helped me right away. Great support keep it up. Make sure your mobile site looks good test it using iphones and androids, i was losing a lot of customers before.
Fantastic app - Quick to install and works instantly. As most of my site viewers are using mobile devices especially iPads, having a iPad-friendly version definitely makes it easier to browse my store. Update: I've been using the app since early last year and am still very happy with the service. The staff are also very helpful and quick to respond. Will definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a quick solution to creating a mobile-friendly app!
I love the clean look of this app. I'm sure my customers will like the easy way they can see my categories and flip through my products.It was simple to install too!
ShopPad was super easy to setup and it displays our chef wear site so much cleaner on the iphone and tablets.
A great app for optimising your online store for tablets and phones. You hardly have to do anything at all save answer a few simple questions and then sit back and let ShopPad do all the heavy-lifting. Customer service is always helpful and responsive to any queries or suggestions we make. All their plans offer great value too.
The App creates a very professional look for my store. The layout is great and so are the menu options. It is also easy to navigate in. Customers think my boutique is up to par because they can check out via their iphones, for example. Also, the app was easy to install and the customer service is great!
Just signed up yesterday. It really was as easy as they say. I had to tweak a few things to make them look better in the mobile listings (like category titles) but with in an hour it was ready to go.

I really like it. They have a very nice layout of my catalog of nearly 5000 products. Great customer service that always provides personalized well thought answers that is very hard to find from techies. Looking forward to new updates and revisions that will continue to make it better.
I just started my store on shopify , on exploring their appstore i came across ShopPad App. , immediately i got it installed as i believe Future is Mobile and providing a Store design for our Customers is Must. U have to see it to believe it , look and ease of this app is awesome, i would highly recommend this app for every store. These guys are doing great service.

ShopPad is easy to setup, and utilitarian so far! It creates mobile / ipad friendly view of your store in minutes. I'm wishing there were further shop customization options as once you're off the main shop page, it's hard to go back (in my opinion) but otherwise support has been responsive.

I have been very happy with the free version, I see sales from it and customer service was very quick to respond to questions I had, I am going to upgrade to the pro plan for the added features.

This is actually way more awesome than I expected. The interface is so easy to use and attractive! The only thing I wish is that you didn't have to upgrade to the highest tier plan to get domain masking. But I will certainly be upgrading when I have the sales to justify it - I am just starting out. I highly recommend you try it out!!
I think the Free version would be better if you can't put a logo on it. Whatever the case, they have a good customer service, Ryan from Shoppad contacted me right away after the review trying to help and solve the situation. He told me they are also working in an affordable solution for those who just need the logo. Thank you for that.
I nearly lost a sale from an ipad user, who luckily told me of the problem he was having with my old cart, I needed something simple and quick to save the sale! I installed ShopPad, the customer said it worked a treat, and the sales have been coming ever since. Very happy so far!
Excellent app. Simplicity is key and shoppad does just that, cutting down clutter and revealing the clean and easy to navigate mobile site. Will definitely recommend a tryout.

I recently moved my business to Shopify. ShopPad was the first App I installed after reading all the reviews. ShopPad did not disappoint, in fact it really exceeded my expectations. Everyone that I've shown our shop to on the iPad (and even the iPhone) has gone WOW! I had a couple of questions and sent an email and got an immediate response. I'd say I'm a happy camper!

Seems like a great app but didn't work for me. The re-direct from mobile view to the Shop pad provided an error page.
Unfortunately, we've had so many issues with customers using Ipads that we have removed this app - seems great, but some reason, just won't work for our customers - pity
Installed the basic (free) version and was amazed by how good the site looks on the iPad.

A nice app that will make your unresponsive site work with iPads. The only time I needed to contact support they fixed the issue quickly.
