Faslet is een fijne tool die aantoonbaar heeft bijgedragen aan het verlagen van ons retourpercentage. Ook de support is erg prettig: het team denkt proactief mee, schakelt snel en komt continu met nieuwe ideeën om de resultaten verder te verbeteren. Een fijne en waardevolle samenwerking!
I often experience difficulties with this app. Again, the volume discount isn't working properly. It doesn't show the discount in the cart. The support team is a little slow in answering on my messages.
Very responsive support! We work with Stephanie and Nathan and were able to fix an issue muck quicker than most apps even reply the first email. Its deeply apprecciated and we hope you can keep up the good work :) !

De app werkt goed voor ons. Soms zijn er kleine bugs maar het support team helpt dan erg snel. Tevreden!

Great app! The customer support has always been very quick and helpful. Rich Returns is very easy to use not only for us but also for our customers. We would recommend it!
For a basic back in stock feature this app works really well. Their support response is super fast. However, if it comes to some more advanced layout/styling of e-mails it is a bit limited.
