Useful app and very helpful and prompt customer service when needed. Much appreciated.
We installed this app to take advantage of the counter bar during the busy Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale time. We had a display issue that the support team helped us with super quickly. Really prompt, friendly communication and the end result was perfect. Looking forward to exploring the other options the app offers.

We've been very happy with the performance of Alia and the team has been excellent to work with. We see a 30% conversion rate from site visitors who use the widget and a nice lift to our email signup rate. Set up was simple and painless, and the app includes numerous settings that help to customize the experience. Lastly, the Alia team has been great to work with, very helpful in assisting setup, answering any questions along the way, and staying in touch for feedback and regarding future updates. All in all, a 10/10 experiment and one we look forward to continuing with as the app gets even better.

I stick with data feed watch for 2 reasons. It has an answer to any problem related to creating a robust feed, and the customer service. Feed management can be complex and frustrating. having customer support to walk me through my problems is worth its weight in gold. Marvin Flores from their support team always has my back!
