Appreciate the feedback. One thing worth clearing up, and it's actually good news: the 20% Grommet discount comes off your retail price, exactly as it always has. That means you're fully in control of it. When you lower your retail price, the number our shoppers see drops right along with it. Set your retail where your margins need to be and the math takes care of itself. We've loved sending a bunch of orders to your store and we want to keep that going. We've reached out a few times with simple ways to protect your pricing and margins while staying live on Grommet, so whenever you're ready to jump on it, we're here. From start to finish, our experience with Grommet was professional, smooth, and genuinely enjoyable. The platform gave Wave Tape access to an enthusiastic, engaged audience, and the support behind the scenes made a real difference. Greg and Desi were incredibly responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making the launch as successful as possible, which made the entire process feel seamless and well managed.
Selling with Grommet has been a good experience and reaches a different audience than what we're able to reach through other channels. We have found that sales "stick" at much higher rates because their customer base is looking for something truly unique, innovative, and well-made as opposed to simply shopping on price. The Grommet team also works tirelessly to support their brands.
The Grommet team is amazing and thoughtful. I’m pretty sure they don’t sleep, because they’re always popping up on social media or in creative emails supporting the brands they feature. I’m so grateful for how hard they work and how much they champion small businesses.

Be very cautious before signing up. This platform forces a 20% discount and then takes a punishing 30% commission—you’re effectively selling at wholesale prices with none of the wholesale benefits. I know of no other marketplace that skims this high. In my data, 82% of customers bought only once, so there’s no lifetime value—just discount hunters. If your business doesn’t require repeat customers, maybe this works; for me, it’s unsustainable. I pressed their team repeatedly for a more reasonable commission and got nowhere. Bottom line: the economics don’t pencil. I was on the platform for a year and a half and gave it a fair shot—the results did not match the promise.
10/10 Review Grommet is an excellent platform! They’ve built a unique structure that showcases innovative products and services in a way that really connects with customers. If you have the chance to get your product or service featured, I’d highly recommend it! The team at Grommet is outstanding! I launched a product on The Grommet a few weeks ago and immediately received some sales, and I am still seeing them come through. It seems like there are a lot of apps that promise to get you sales, but this one actually puts you in front of real customers who are interested in shopping. I highly recommend it.

Nice marketplace to drive some extra orders. We've launched 3 products on here, and each time we see a little bump in orders from it. The process is fairly simple due to the integration with Shopify, however there are some limitations (like you cannot control which variant it pulls over, it just takes the default selections and even Grommet cannot manually change that.) And unfortunately you cannot just duplicate your submission for a second product, you have to reenter all of the company background info, policies, etc. every time, which is kind of a hassle. But it is a free app, they don't take commissions on the launch sales, and take a reasonable commission on future sales that they drive. Overall, definitely recommend it, and I'm sure the submission process will only improve with time!

I had a great experience on Grommet. The setup was super easy and it helped drive a lot of traffic to our product. We just launched our product/service, FiltersDirectUSA with Grommet and our experience has been amazing. From the beginning, they have been very helpful in getting our Grommet Page setup so things went smooth during launch week. We have already got orders coming in within just one week and connecting smoothly to our own Shopify. We are about to be featured on The Grommet Live next week also which is super exciting.

The app works seamlessly and the Grommet team is quite responsive to any issues (of which we had none). They do exactly what they say and are a good partner. One notable thing is that they do genuinely try to tailor your launch with both copy and images/video to be the best it possibly can be.

The Grommet is a detailed platform that has really cool products. We were vetted for our brand history and quality of production. Really great team to work with: responsive, helpful, and thorough.
The app screws up when there's more than 1 color/variant but the manual support was only 1 email away. It only took less than an hour to get a good resolution. This is still pretty new so we're not sure what will happen going forward as products and discounts should never be "perpetual" - it's not good business practice to do so. From a consumer point of view, a perpetual discount has been shown to be linked to false advertising. It would be much better if there's a time limit, or an adjustment to the discount % after a period of time. Back to support - that's simply a great support team. Margin-wise you get pretty much wholesale margin and a week plus exposure/revenue.
I'm really impressed with Grommet! I'm a very small business and don't have a large email list or advertising money, so finding Grommet was amazing. As soon as I launched on Grommet, I got sales immediately! Their dashboard is well organized and easy to use. I definitely recommend using Grommet to help boost your sales and get your products out there.

We've tested several platforms like This Is Why I'm Broke, SUATMM & etc., and so far Grommet is the most small business friendly one to fast track the market validation. I would say they've gone beyond being just a platform. Actually they're more like a partner that always put your interest first: 1. A well thought out mechanism to nurture the growth: unlike other platforms which charge you upfront, they have this very healthy mechanism which place your products in prominent spot for 7 days for free to facilitate growth and then promote your items on commission to allow a mutual growth. Instead of launching as many products as possible each time, which makes more monetary sense to them, they control the number of products in each launch period to help you ensure you get the maximum exposure & traffic! 2. They set you up for success: along the way, Greg and his team have proactive provided lots of guides and tutorials to help me familiarise with and make the most of the platform. What's even better, they go the extra mile to provide the marketing materials! 3. Excellent support: their support is outstanding! Always responsive, patient and informative. And I really like that the team delivered the CS in a very human way instead of throwing your length confusing docs or chatting like a AI chatbot.
Grommet was a great way to meet new customers and get the word out about our product. We saw higher conversion levels than on any other platform. The tech for the app worked seamlessly.

We really appreciate the fact that they are a platform that features products from small businesses and entrepreneurs. So far our experience has been good using The Grommet App. It worked seamlessly with Shopify, was easy to set up our product on their shopping channel and get our listing up on their website. We've only been live for one week, but we have seen about a 12% conversion rate on visitors from their website.
We have been with the Grommet for a long time. Previously featured by them many years ago, and then recently jumped on with their new launch on shopify. It's been great! Impressive for a first launch. Update: have now launched a second item with them: still solid service. Their revshare % is very high- I do have concerns about 30%, but we will see if this is sustainable.
