A good option if you want to consolidate on-page, cart, and post-purchase upsells into one app as I did. The Candy Rack team was super helpful with a demo call and with support after installation. They responded over chat to help me get everything working properly including updates to formatting and fixing a bug btwn the app and my theme.

(Most of) the necessary features for the price. Only wish I could have AI summaries on each product page. Excellent support in helping me to install the star ratings widget on our collection pages.
Great customer service when we needed it. I want to give a special shoutout to Rece G for the great work! Loop has been great for us. We've fully automated our returns process which is a win-win for our support team and our customers. Every month, we review the Return Reasons reports to see how we can improve our products, website, and marketing.

Quick and easy way to add a contact form with additional fields. Worked perfectly.
Easy to use and reasonably priced. Strikes the right balance of being simple enough yet having all the necessary features. Great support from Leah when we had an importing issue.

Truly top-notch support, both from their customer support and their sales teams. They answer questions quickly and thoroughly, and they provide ideas and inspiration from other clients. Great product, great support, great value for the affordable price!
I am still navigating how to use this app to work best for my needs. Sherwin from customer service was a huge help in explaining how the system works and helping me understand how to sync and what data can transfer between the two applications. It's not very intuitive on it's own, so I was super thankful for all of Sherwin's insights!
