Great App, Have been using it for about 4 months, I love the way that I can see my customers on my website in Real Time, and can watch the customer journey from page to page. The live chat feature is simple and has really helped me convert visitors to customers, especially when they have a quick question about a product or shipping, and they need an immediate answer. The only thing I can suggest is that when you get an offline message, there should be a feature that allows you to reply from within the Tidio Chat area, rather than have to go to your email client. Excellent App. The " Most Popular Items" and the "Recently Viewed" feature is very good, as is the Related Items on the Product pages. I find the feature much more sophisticated than the similar built in feature that comes with most of the Shopify Themes, There are many ways to "tweak" which products are recommended and which appear in the most popular section which is great for Up Sell and Cross Sell opportunities, however a little bit more technical skills are required to figure out all of these settings! All I do know is that my sales have increased as a result of using the most basic features of this App. I am excited to see an even greater increase when I am able to figure out the more advanced features :-)

So good so far, I managed to wrap the currency html ok and then I read how to insert a currency drop down in the header of my site, The only thing is that the drop down looked odd and boring, one would hardly see it, so I created another way. On the menu in my header (which is set when you create a menu in Navigation) I did the following ... I first created a blank page called Currency Switcher (or any name you choose), then in the Show Html section of page content, I entered some text explaining how the currency switching worked and then entered the code This code displays the currency drop down. Then I went back to my main navigation menu and created a link to the Currency Switcher page. Now my customers get to see a hyperlink within my usual sitewide navigation that links straight through a webpage that not only has an explanation of how the currency switcher works (currency displayed in local currency but checkout total in base currency etc) but also has the drop down. Much better way of doing it :-)

I use this app for my store at http://the-crystal-healing-shop.myshopify.com/ I think it is great. Its very easy use and it is a great tool for segmentation. The customer service is very good and very quick. I like the fact that free version offers you so many emails for free, the features for the free version is not that limited, like as they are with other similar apps.
