We use over half of all BOLD apps for our store and this app has really saved us time as it automates our discounts. We can pre-schedule our discounts for an entire month or quarter (ie. black friday or valentines) and they automatically start and stop. It is also integrated with Kit which is amazing so Kit will suggest running discounts on slow-moving products every now and then which is all automated to start and stop. Has really helped us increase sales!

We are able to offer a loyalty program similar to that of Shoppers Optimum Points where we can offer 2X points days, bonus points and other options which have really helped us increase sales! The only reason we give this 4 stars is due to the lack of Shopify POS integration at the moment. We were told they are working on it to be launched in the near future so we look forward to that day.

THIS IS AN AMAZING APP! We are a brick & mortar retail store with online shopping thanks to shopify! We offer many discounts and offers such as Buy a case of canned cat/dog food and get 13% off as well as other offers and discounts that our staff now don't have to remember or apply manually because this does it for us. We even set it up so that it automatically applies our staff discounts for our staff based on them being tagged with "Employee". I think the best part is it also allows us to automatically apply the same in-store discounts to our online shoppers! This is huge for us and our members! The team at Supple is VERY responsive and quick with resolutions! They have amazing customer service!
