I use the app to update my inventory on Shopify from Etsy, and It works perfectly! Plus the staff help me to set up my sync as I wanted, they were very helpful and responded to all my question. Thanks a lot I would recommend this app to anyone !
1) Hard to navigate. Can't find BILLING, CURRENT PLAN I'M ON, EXPORT REVIEWS. Please make these easier to find. 2) Exported reviews from Etsy but only placed them in General Business Reviews and didn't place them Per Product. Very useless. 3) Doesn't allow export of reviews gained from social channels (in my case, Etsy) which is a highly important feature. Overall, not worth the cost or even for free.

Kaya, I really appreciate this honest feedback, and you're right. Billing, current plan, and export reviews should be easy to find, not a treasure hunt. 🗺️ And importing Etsy reviews only as General Business Reviews instead of Per Product? That's not useful at all. Neither is locking social channel exports. We hear you, and we're sharing this with our product team. Thank you for being direct; it helps us improve.
Amazing saving time!!! I wish it could also work to edit the shipping profile between categories on Etsy. other than that this app absolutely complete Thanks a lot!
