Very very slow loading. Who has this much patience? The cart value doesn't show for every cart. Overpriced.

Thank you for your feedback. In researching your experience, we identified that your slow load experience was limited to filtering recordings in the Visitors section. If you have a larger number of session recordings or a longer date range such as 60 days, filtering can take up to 10-15 seconds, which may initially appear to be slow. Regarding the cart value, this is a known issue on Shopify’s end that we have previously reported to their team. This issue prevents visitors using an iPhone from showing a cart value, and we will provide an update when one is available from Shopify. Very quick and simple to install and customize.
Simply WOW !! I have used many APPs and by far this is the best and quickest service I have received. Tommy responds back within minutes and everything is up and running. Also the app runs flawlessly. A must for every store to showcase client feedback.
Wow !! Received a reply to my customization request within minutes of requesting it. Stuart was polite, prompt and went out of his way to make sure everything worked properly in my store. Kudo's to you Stuart for a fantastic app. Follow up We had an issue with a jumping effect in different browsers and the team of Steve and Stuart worked tirelessly until the problem was solved 100 %. Best service I have received thus far from any app service.
