Great little app. We've been using it for a few years now and it works great for our needs. We recently updated our store theme and had some issues with the code not transferring over and customer support was extremely quick in responding to my inquiry and getting everything back up and working as it should. This is a great app to add to your store. I love being able to collect customer product photos with their reviews. Loox customer service is always on point! Their response times are incredibly fast and Rain was great to work with. A simple issue that took me hours trying to figure out, Rain fixed in minutes. Thank you!!

This is a great little app!! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to customize their email templates. Customer support is EXCELLENT! We had a little hiccup with one of our templates and got a reply with the fix in under an hour!
