Elevar has become the backbone of our tracking stack. We recently went through a full account audit with their team and it was one of the best vendor experiences we've had. Their tech lead Darshak worked through a long punch list with us: cleaning up redundant tags, validating enhanced conversions, confirming subscription tracking, and fixing deduplication across Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and Reddit. Every question got a clear, patient answer backed by actual screenshots and screen recordings. The result: we consolidated onto Elevar as our single client and server side tracker, removed a bunch of duplicate JavaScript that was slowing our store down, and now have conversion data we actually trust. If you run a Shopify store and care about accurate tracking and page speed, this is the team you want in your corner. Highly recommended.

I really want to give Veeqo a higher rating as the software is very promising. Unfortunately Veeqo does NOT synchronize order edits that occur in Shopify. You heard that right... Say a customer reaches out that they ordered the wrong color or size of something and you go in and edit the order before it's been fulfilled. Well those order edits do NOT synchronize to Veeqo and you'll end up fulfilling the incorrect items. After spending what seemed like months of back and forth with Veeqo customer support and even their product people, I was finally able to get a solid answer from the CEO of the company saying that Shopify order synchronization is on the roadmap for sometime in 2025. I honestly wanted Veeqo to work but am finally just fed up. You need to have 100% confidence that items shipped to your customers are correct. Anything less means angry customers and headaches for your fulfillment team. This software should be removed from Shopify until they can fix the bugs.

I highly recommend Rep.AI. Their AI-powered concierge aka chatbot has helped us to increase our AOV, conversion rate and overall sales. They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.

Finaloop has been one of the best investments we've made in our financial tech stack. It easily connects with all of our banks, credit cards, Shopify and Amazon accounts and takes the guesswork out of bookkeeping. It's been a huge relief knowing that we are finally using a system that understands eCommerce finance. I'd give this app 10 stars if I could :)

This application has most features needed for building BOGO and Combo Pack type offers. Customer support is also very quick to respond and help out.

Seriously. This app is super easy to setup and the customer support is amazingly fast. I had an issue where the reviews were showing up twice after I published a new theme and they fixed it within 5 minutes of me reaching out.
