Finaloop is a game changer for my small business. I was using QBO and paying for a bookkeeper. The numbers meant nothing to me. I just figured it was a cost of doing business so I could pay taxes. With Finaloop everything is synced in real time and the interface allows me to parse the data any way I need so I can make real strategic decisions for the business.

Finaloop team is amazing! This is such a stress to organize as a small business and I don't know what I'd do without them. They keep pointing me in the right direction and constantly helping me figure out and solve one problem after another. I couldn't organize it all without their team.

I almost never leave reviews. I've been using Finaloop now for over 2 years and I've used numerous other accounting tools with Shopify before, including QuickBooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Accumatica, and NetSuite. Finaloop is the ONLY accounting tool that has actually made ecommerce accounting easy. We sell on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop and it handles fee categorization, de-duplification, and every other pain point seamlessly. We manufacture our own products, and it handles POs, single-level BOMs and production builds beautifully. Now it has my Amazon, Meta, and Google ads accounts integrated and orders come over LIVE, as does the ad data. So I have real, true metrics for my ROAS and CPA based on de-duped ad and purchase data. I have zero need for a 3rd-party analytics tool for sanity checking. Seriously, Finaloop is the only tool that is worth multiples of what they charge.

Have been using Finaloop for more than two years now and I could not imagine a better app for accounting. Easy to use even with little accounting knowledge. Everything works and their team is always there to help you. Also the app got constantly better over time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Finaloop. I was charged around $4,000 with the promise of having access to a human bookkeeper for support, but that never materialized. Within just a few weeks, I couldn’t reliably log in or get my accounts to sync, which made the service essentially unusable. When I reached out for help, instead of resolving the issues, I was told I would need to pay even more to get proper support. That was extremely frustrating and felt unreasonable. Ultimately, I switched back to a traditional bookkeeping service and found it to be more reliable, and actually more affordable than this AI-based option. Also, instead of refunding me for the remaining subscription they said they have a no return policy. Based on my experience, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Great e-comm focused accounting software. Switched to Finaloop at the beginning of 2024 from Quickbooks. No competition/regrets there. I had given Xero a trial around the same time, but found Finaloop to be more user friendly and more robust for my needs at the time. They have made many great updates since, including product suggestions that I have personally requested, which shows that they really listen to their customers and are committed to evolving with the times. I find their support to be very helpful and generally quick in response time (less than 24 business hours, with the exception of tax season - can be slightly longer). Reporting could be more robust - I know they are constantly trying to improve this. Overall highly recommend.

Switching to Finaloop was the most reliving and best choice I have ever made. It was a bit stressful at first, because its a scary change. But its penny for penny perfect and their team is incredible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL BUSINESS OWNERS ESPECIALLY ECOMMERCE!

I was hesitant at first because of the price but in the end we were able to get rid of our bookeeper and are saving so much money. It's also helpful now that I am handeling it myself that I have a full picture of our financials instead of someone else who was organizing it all. It's also so much easier to to use than quickbooks. I have no financial background and it has given me a lot of clarity. I also love that there are live agents there to help any time I have a question about accounting and using the platform. Very easy to get answers.

I've been on the app for about 2 mos now and am still learning, but 1) The initial integration was SUPER EASY (we sell on 5 channels including Amazon) 2) The support I have received is Top Notch and easily one of the top software companies I've ever interacted with. I am coming off of QuickBooks and A2X. While A2X made QB more manageable, after being on Finaloop I can see how outdated it is and how bad it is for an eCommerce business - never mind the cost savings. I am so grateful to the person for the recommendation to give this a try! Highly recommend!

Excellent product and phenomenal team.

I've had a great experience using Finaloop over the past couple years. I decided to use them over more standard accounting software mainly because of the price, but it's also been much more convenient and easy to use than I expected. Being able to chat with the accountants is very helpful. I haven't had to hire a bookkeeper at all, which has been great! I also love that the whole system is tailored to e-commerce stores. They do a great job of providing extra insights and help specifically for e-commerce, so it makes it much easier to understand where your business is actually at. Oh - and the live syncing with your platforms is a game-changer! No more waiting for 10+ days for your books to close from the previous months. I'm able to get a live glance at where my business is really at, anytime. So great! Highly recommend for anyone in e-commerce looking for reliable, easy to manage accounting software.

Finaloop has been life changing. After switching over from another horrible platform, the difference has been black and white. The customer service is amazing, the books are accurate, and we never have to worry about out of date financials again! 100% worth the cost!

Finaloop is more than an just an app. They are a well polished bookkeeping powerhouse. I cannot tell you how much time they have saved me. We're still in the early days of using Finaloop, but it seems like a good product. Aside from a little miscommunication with their responsive and helpful team, my only complaint thus far is that, since their pricing tiers are revenue-based, we end on the same tier as higher-margin companies taking home 4x to 50x what we do. I'm not going to cry about it, but it does rank as the most significant subscription expense for our tiny business. WaveApps might be a good alternative starting out, but we decided to try Finaloop out for a year based on its integration with Shopify and it just feeling like a more advanced, more "high touch" service. Hopefully that holds true and the bookkeeping pays for itself. So far so good.

Working with Finaloop has been a total dream. I've gone through every bookkeeper imaginable. We switched from Bench in 2022, and since then, our books have been in tremendous shape. Clean user interface, tools, and reporting. Software is reliable. Most impressively, team is SUPER responsive which is a sign of an A+ company to work with. They're on top of everything, always. To my knowledge (and I've worked with many), they're the best eCommerce accountant out there right now.

THE Shopify accounting app. Accountants are expensive, QBO is a pain in the rear - do yourself a favor and hop on the Finaloop train! As an e-com focused solution, Finaloop plugs right into all of your various sales channels and makes auto-categorizing and inventory accounting easier than ever. The support team is also top notch in both their responsiveness and assistance to ensure tasks are correctly completed.

I was paying a bookkeeper a lot of money to keep my books in order on my shopify store, Amazon seller account and Etsy account. Once I plugged in Finaloop I felt confident I had everything I needed to no longer pay a bookkeeper. I've been on it for about 5 months and so far it's been great. I really like all of the reports I can run. Super smooth and easy.

We onboarded onto the Inventory IQ functionality and while it takes a little time setup (worth it), it is incredibly helpful to have real-time landed costs and fulfillment automated that funnels through all other expenses to give us our profitability metrics we need. Very intuitive for Ecommerce businesses and it allows you to have clarity into your business expenses including inventory that before Finaloop was opaque.

Don't get Quickbooks -- jump straight to Finaloop. You'll thank me later.

After operating my Shopify store for 6 years, and having used two other well known accounting platforms and a local accountant, I can affirmatively say this is the best-why? it is built by people who understand how an online business works. Our books are updated in real time (without the need for a human) and we finally have real accurate data at all times to work with. We can make accurate decisions based on this system. It far exceeds the capabilities of any other eCommerce accounting system for Shopify that I have seen.

Finaloop is the best financial reporting we have used in our small business CROSSNET over last 7 years. The dashboard allows me to see all sales, credit card balances, bank balances, etc without having to login to each portal. The accuracy of the financial reporting is second to none with there source of truth accounting going to each of the statements and matching transactions. I highly recommend Finaloop to any business owner. I think the pricing structure is fair based on the volume of transactions / sales. 10/10

To say I was frustrated with Quickbooks was an understatement. All of the things that old horse was terrible at — syncing with Shopify, Amazon, Faire and Chase— Finaloop does with ease. Because it's built for a modern e-commerce stack, it has allowed me to reduce my monthly bookkeeping costs by $400/month. I was skeptical of the service before I started, but their team is very responsive and helpful! I wish I'd started this years ago.

I have been a mired mess of numbers since I launched my shop. I HATED Quickbooks. I thought capturing and categorizing was all I needed to do. But no, there was more manual stuff like reconciling bank statements and spreadsheets from Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other sites for the accountant. By year 6, my books gave my accountant a headache because I had grown, sold more items that were not tracked in QB, (why didn't Shopify and QB sync?) my books were just impossible because I hadn't fixed it from the first year. I'm a solopreneur who is a creative - so this admin stuff is a drag to me, but I know it's gotta get done. Frustrated, I searched for a plug in. I knew Shopify had 3rd party partners and that's when I saw the reviews for FINALOOP. It was cheaper than QB and there was a 14 day trial period. I connected my accounts and selling platforms, and the AI categorized recognizable entries! The unclear entries I had to enter, but then the AI knows how to handle it for the next sync. OMG, I wish I had found Finaloop sooner!!! If you're not sure about Finaloop, don't hesitate. The team is super responsive and eager to help!

Wow just wow! This tool saves hoursssss of work and more importantly, its real-time COGS feature makes it a must-have for any ecom operator. It's actually the best and most important tool next to triple whale and Shopify. It's also cheaper than having a bookkeeper. It's actual real-time financials in an ecom biz... which is all but nonexistent except with this tool. Don't walk run to switching from QBO or whatever you are using. Your bookkeeper will tell you 'they are not sure if you should' but they are wrong. Switch switch switch switch!!! The team is awesome and so attentive. You get answers to questions in hours or 24 hours max.

I wish I found Finaloop earlier so that I would not have to waste time/money on QBO. This App is designed for e-commerce, the integration with other e-Commerse platforms like Amazon, Shopify, is phenomenal. The backend accountants are also very responsive. Although there is time zone difference(they are mostly in Israel I believe) , they reply to me as soon as they get my message (which I usually get first thing the next day if it’s in the afternoon). Highly recommend to someone who is looking for eCommerce Accounting solutions.

WORTH IT. I wasted so much time and money trying to figure out Quickbooks and was so frustrated by how overcomplicated it was. All it took was one minute poking around Finaloop and I realized: it's not me, it's Quickbooks. Finaloop is SO MUCH EASIER to use, super accurate, super user-friendly, and designed for ecomm. Sure, it's more expensive, but the cost of your time--and not having an accurate picture of your finances--is much more costly.

The Finaloop app is excellent. We've been using Finaloop's accounting service for over a year now, and their Shopify app and service has helped us to finally have rigorous, detailed accuracy of our ecommerce accounting. The Finaloop app connects with our Shopify stores and Amazon to automatically track and update each transaction to Quickbooks. We used to do our bookkeeping, but we've saved hours and hours using Finaloop that we now direct toward growing our sales and profit.
