I run a small business by myself, and this app has enabled me to automate customer support after hours. I offer WhatsApp support during office hours, and this AI bot fills in after hours. It is well thought out, and I was able to fine-tune it to my store's needs very easily. I like that I can review the conversations and offer better replies for future conversations. Customer support is amazing. They often review the conversations and proactively offer help if any issues surface. Highly recommended.

Edit: I'm changing my rating to 4 stars because I realized that my PageSpeed rankings have dropped from 28 to 12 since I swtiched to GEM and tech support has confirmed to that they are not optimized for good PageSpeed rankings. This seems like a pretty significant drawback. Other than that, I'm very happy with GEM. I tried several similar apps and they all left me wanting. The best rated one costs twice as much as GemPages and that was too much. Another one didn't work well and the other two made ugly pages. This one is easy to use, integrates very well with Klaviyo and JudgeMe, makes beautiful looking pages, and it is priced right. They even automatically fixed my install when i upgraded my Turbo theme. I'm all set now.

The app works really well. It is obvious that they've been around for a while and the app is very polished. However, one of the main reasons I picked this app was the availability of a decent free plan and an affordable first-tier. However, this was deceiving. I was immediately forced to go to "Growth" because the free plan doesn't support paying with store coupons, which is the only way I want to pay. And I will quickly be forced to go to Professional because the Growth plan doesn't support Klaviyo. This was not obvious from the App Store page, so a little sneaky. And now I'm kind of committed, which I guess was the idea from the start.

I've tried several bundle apps and this is the most complete and easy to use and it produces good looking widgets unlike some others I tried that would have required messing with the CSS. The service via chat responds immediately.

Awesome app. I just installed it and judge.me immediately went in and made a fe w changes to my theme for it to show up for every product. Every time I update my theme, they go in and make sure everything is still working. It has helped increase the number of reviews on my site by an order of magnitude.

I tried a half-dozen apps for promotions, bundles, up-sell etc and none did all I needed so I was using 3 different apps, some of which were akward to use and ugly. Selly allowed me to get rid of the other three and do everything in one app, saving me money in the process. It is also easier easier to use and produces nicer looking widgets. I'm very happy that I found this app!
