We’ve been using Lifetimely for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most valuable tools in our e-commerce stack. The insights into LTV and cohort behavior have completely changed how we look at customer retention and acquisition. The dashboards are intuitive, and the data is both actionable and easy to communicate across teams. Huge shoutout to Alain, our rep — he’s been phenomenal. Raj.is.a.rockstar. There were a couple hiccups with my theme and Raj and team came in and went above and beyond to make sure not only does their app work properly, but also some other little tweaks that were related but not directly part of the app. Highly recommend if you have a bunch of variants that need to be hidden.
Customer Service is excellent. If you are looking for a more robust solution for your store then the out of box Shopify cards then Givy could be for you. The other part that I like is that they are releasing new functions to improve the app.
