Fantastic easy to use app, but it all would be worthless without the great customer service i received while trying to setup this app with the prestige template. Solution was fast and courteous

Fantastic and accomodating customer service, by far the best email and sms app on shopify thus far. Extremelly recommended.
Después de vincular la app con mercadolibre, la app aún pedía vincularla, muchos bugs, funcionalidad muy limitada. Accedemos a utilizar la aplicación durante un mes, sin embargo el servicio al cliente no existe, prometieron facturar en pesos colombianos y nunca respondieron. No se recomienda.

El error que mencionas puede haber sido un problema de configuración o una falla temporal, y estamos aquí para ayudarte a solucionarlo. Respecto a la facturación, lamentablemente no podemos cobrar en pesos colombianos, lo cual debió haber sido comunicado con mayor claridad. Pedimos disculpas por cualquier confusión. Although the app is installed, i can't log in to configure the app, always takes me to the add app screen. waste of time

We started our business with shopify 2 months ago, we came across this tool and were inmediatly blown away by all the functionality available for free. I cannot recommend this app enough for anyone. I would like to mention that customer service is also very prompt and quick which is great for a free app. Perhaps a announcement bar option is in the works soon?
