We switched over about a year ago and really enjoy Gorgias! The AI agent has been amazing for our team, and it seems like they're continuing to make aggressive improvements to it. Would love to see other integrations with different shipping software. Right now, it doesn't connect to Ordoro, and if it did, that would increase our automation rate quite a bit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Gorgias has been a great fit for your team over the past year and that the AI Agent has made a meaningful impact on your day-to-day support. It’s also great to know you’ve noticed the continuous improvements, we’re investing heavily in making AI even more capable, so feedback like yours is incredibly encouraging. We also appreciate your suggestion about an Ordoro integration. We can absolutely see how that could help increase your automation rate, and we’ve shared your feedback with our Product team for consideration as we continue expanding our integration ecosystem. Thank you again for your trust and support. We look forward to continuing to help your team deliver exceptional customer experiences!
QuizKit has been such a helpful tool for our store! It was super easy to set up, and we love how customizable it is. The quiz feels really natural and helps guide customers to the right products, which has definitely boosted engagement and sales. The support team is also great—quick to respond and really helpful. If you’re looking for a way to personalize the shopping experience and make it easier for customers to find what they need, this app is a no-brainer!
Refersion is great. Super easy for the merchant and super easy for affiliates to join our program and grab their link. I recommend refersion to everyone.
