I think it's a really great website feature. I have a university boutique that basically sells one color of item that comes in many shades so I think it's useful to recommend things that will match or coordinate with other pieces. I can't really tell if it helps sales or not but it looks professional and I'm good with that.
Have been using this app for a while now, and it's mostly great. There are a couple of features in the higher tier program I wish the lower budget versions had, because I just don't do the business volume to justify paying more to be able to segment my really good customers or be able to expire points, which i think would be a good incentive to get people shopping. Have only had to contact support a couple of times and they've been great and extremely responsive.
We recently switched to PS from another SMS provider and I learned more installing this app and going through the training than I learned the entire 2+ years we spent with the other group. There is a small learning curve but Bryan was quick to respond to my chat request and I am really enjoying the functionality not only with integrations to our website but also the ability to have actual 2- way conversations with our customers. I am so glad I saw a recommendation for this app in the Boutique Hub <3
This app is becoming a game changer for me. Along with Shopify the integration of this app is helping us add sales and cut down on invoicing manually. It is saving me HOURS of time. We use it for our daily product drops on Facebook and during our FBLive sales. It's so easy and Joe is amazing to work with. I'm telling you it is a GAME CHANGER!!!

Thanks for your review, Sara. I'm so happy to hear we are saving your hours of invoicing after each of your lives. Also wanted to give you an update on your request. You can now have your folks comment with the variant inside the comment itself now (ex "sold #101 large") so that they don't get distracted from your live sale to answer a question about the size they want. Either "sold #101" or "sold #101 large" now work :)
