SoldLive: FB + IG Live Sales

This is a fantastic app. Our entire business runs using SoldLive through Instagram Lives and in Instagram Stories. Our customers are obsessed with how smooth the claiming and checkout system is so that’s the real sign of a functional platform there. Before we had SoldLive we did everything manually and so this app has changed our lives COMPLETELY. The team are also VERY responsive whenever we’ve had issues or curious if a feature can change slightly. We are very happy and definitely recommend!

I have been trying to get in touch with them via email for continuing to take a monthly fee even though I have opted out of their program per the email I got from them stating it wasnt a great fit because I barely used it. So why is NO ONE responding to my messages!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really great app, Genius actually! We've never done lives before so was trying to figure out how to do it and research lead us to this app. Which is the only app if you wanna do this as a Shopify seller as it invoices directly from Shopify seamlessly, we have automatic fulfillment set up for all our products and the orders that came through the app fulfilled automatically. We also have different variants per product and the customers received DM's on IG to select all the variants in our product sets and managed to check out without issues. I feel like I could start a live sale only business to make money with this app. Go for it!

I switched from CS to SoldLive about 2 years ago and I am so happy I did! My customers felt "pushed" with CS but with SoldLive there isnt the excessive push to get them to shop. They already shopped my shopify website so comfortably. Plus they don't have to make an account, everything is linked through Shopify. I love the look of it when we go Live and still makes me feel "official." PLus the customer service is phenomenal! Can't recommend these guys enough

Overall, my experience has been good. Easy for the customers, like the scanning the item option, and it shows up on the overlay. The main issue I continue to have is certain customers on certain live sales will comment the correct number, and never receive a facebook message to check out. The next live sale it will work for them, and not other customers. Trying to trouble shoot this problem with no solution, which has constituted in a loss of some sales. Hoping the problem gets fixed, because I do like the ease of this app.

This ap makes selling on Facebook easy. I use to take hours after every sale and read through the comments to create invoices, now items go directly into the customers cart. My customers (mostly 55+) find it easy to use as well.

Hardly any customer support. No one to speak with on the phone. We had to piece together how it works. No tutorials to explain layovers. We did a live with what we taught ourselves and the products were not changing on Facebook when we would hit next on the laptop. We are not even sure if we are doing it correctly since the customer support we receive is "send a screenshot". Some things can't be fixed with a "screen shot" and a phone conversation would go a long way. When we first installed app we were offered a zoom call with the founder. We didn't schedule one immediately, and now we are one month in & all we are getting is email support hours or even days after you contact. I love this app! The automatic daily posting of products is a huge time saver for me and going live is so easy! I really enjoy using SOLD Live. At first it was a bit confusing trying to understand how to get my customers to subscribe but once I got that done it was pretty easy. It makes my LIVE SELL events much more easier.

I love this app and what it provides. It makes owning a business easier by giving you an automation that is easy to use. It makes navigating social media a snap because I do Not have to actually post and invoice daily. Sold live does it all for me!

I never go live, as in absolutely NEVER. But that's the best part about this app. I use it in my VIP group for destashes, VIP only items, etc so that I don't have to manually invoice anything. It's amazing and Joe is always there to help almost immediately. He is willing to research and customize features as well. He's always looking to improve the system and resolve any issues.

If you sell live on Facebook this app is the best. On average my live sales generate 30 to 60 sales. It use to take me 2 days just to bill my customers. Now I am getting paid for orders within minutes after the live sale ends. My customers love the fact they can see what they purchased right away. I no long have to decide who gets the item when I only have a few. Joe is very helpful, answered my questions very quickly. So many great features! With the time I save I can do more sales!

I know what you are thinking, "Why do I need SoldLive?" For me, SoldLive has single-handedly resolved my invoicing issue without me having to hire someone. The only thing I have to do is scan each item while I am live and educate my customers to drop the desired number in the comments. The app does everything else!! Updated review: I have been with SoldLive since seems like the beginning and I am absolutely blown away by them. They have continued to make improvements and I will say all of the improvements have made an impact on my business in a positive way. I love how it is connected to Shopify and my customers have no issue using this system. I am very happy with this app. Last week it worked like clockwork. I sold and believe it or not my customers paid in full by my 11 pm cut-off time. We had all items bagged and ready to pick up by 11 pm and I was home. Saves me time on invoicing and bagging items just for ppl to forget about invoice and not picking up items. Joe is always an email away to if you have any questions and is always super helpful.

We went with SoldLive because it was going to be easier for our customers to use without resigning up to another app. We had some glitches at the beginning that may have been operator error but Joe was so patient and worked with us on Facebook to help streamline the audio/video. We love to support new small companies.

The automated draft invoices, reminders, and waitlist capabilities have saved me an enormous amount of time to be able to do other things with my business. I use this app to help me with my invoicing process. I love this app because it saves me time, and because it's directly connected to my Shopify store I can go live and send traffic to my store all at the same time. I also love that I can choose a day and time that all carts will expire, and I can have all numbers match my sku (location) numbers here at my warehouse to easily find product while filling orders, but I ultimately love this app because my customers love it. My customers love that they don't have to register, and they love being able to see and alter their carts as they wish, this helps them to remember what they have claimed and to know where they are in their spending budget. We have tried several apps for selling on FB. This has been the best one we have tried. Their pricing is affordable for smaller boutiques! The overlays are professional and the dashboard is easy to manage. They are open to suggestions for improvements and cannot wait to see what else they can do! UPDATE 4/9/21: We were privileged to be a part of their BETA program for overlays and just did a live shopping broadcast last night using their new, very easy to use overlay functionality from our phone. Previously we were streaming through OBS with hi-res webcam (if you don't know what that is, it's not important), but not only is it so much easier using a smart phone, but we no longer struggle with the focus issues of a webcam. So-- if you're a retailer and not doing live shopping events, you really need to explore this great alternative sales channel that will add a new revenue stream that is too valuable to pass up. We just jumped in and we've been building a loyal audience with our weekly broadcasts. What we've found is not only are customers enjoying purchasing during the broadcasts, many customers become aware of the store by virtue of the fact that we do these broadcasts. Keeping your customers engaged is so important and this is just one more GREAT way to do that. Oh- and Joe/Lars have been absolutely awesome in both answering questions and being immediately responsive when needed. Love love love this tool! You will too! We just did our first FB Live event using this app and it went surprisingly well. We've considered Comment Sold as many of our retail colleagues have decided to use. As we are a Shopify store (both web and POS), sending customers to another platform as Comment Sold was not something we wanted to do. That's what's great about this app - it keeps everyone in the same ecosystem. From the customer side, it seems everything went smoothly. On our side, we had full transparency into carts as they were being built. What we discovered was that we could edit draft carts for the few customers who had problems (wrong variant, missing a product that wanted, etc.) The reminder messages to customers appears to have been effective as we only had one customer not follow through with checkout. Sold.as FB's fee is reasonable compared to Comment Sold and I've found their support to be very responsive and helpful. Love this app! There was a bit of a learning curve in terms of how my POS software integrated with Shopify and then the app...infact after the first 2 weeks I got frustrated and hastily said I wanted to cancel. Joe was awesome and helped me to trouble shoot. Weeks 3 and 4 have been amazing! I am so happy I stuck with it! This has saved me hours and hours of time doing manual invoices! Get it and stick with it. You will not be sorry!

I love this app! It works for both my live sales and my regular wall drops. My customers add multiple items to their carts through comments throughout the week across different posts. The app holds everything for them in their carts, and they check out at once for everything. So simple for them! And it saves me a bunch of time not having to make draft orders for comments and keeping track of who claimed what and then hunting people down to pay their invoices.

This app has provided the ease my business needed. From auto populating tags, to the ease of customers commenting, and then being directed right to checkout has been great. I did have a learning curve when it came to adding products with multiple variations, but once I figured it out it has worked great.

I redownloaded this app a few days before my life and it worked effortlessly. I was happy to see my update suggestions were implemented. This was foreign to my customers but they caught on quickly. I am loving this app! It's saved me loads of time. I have heard from my customers that they love the checkout system. My favorite aspect is how all of my inventory is streamlined. I've used it for live sales, as well as for selling during my lives as I've created projects. It makes it so easy to tell customers how to get my products. In addition, it takes people TO my website, which often results in them purchasing additional items. The only thing I am sorry about is that I didn't find this app sooner!

This app was super easy to set up (and I am not techy at all!). It works extremely well for live sales and customers receive invoices within seconds. The first few sales I had my laptop up to verify customers were receiving the messages, and everything worked flawlessly. I love that customers can also claim and get an invoice right away from replays -- waking up to paid invoices is super cool! Reminders have also helped convert claims to sales, which is awesome! My customers have had a really easy time using the system, and they pay invoices before the live is done or right after I hop off. This means when I finish my live sale I can instantly start shipping instead of having to take an hour to send invoices. It would be really cool if there was a way to print a label for claiming to show during the live or if the claim info was visible on the screen when showing an item. Customers have struggled with typing everything exactly as needed in order to get the claim message (especially with 2 variants -- size and color). Customers will put a space or skip a space or type the size incorrectly. A visual cue would really help with this. I would also LOVE LOVE LOVE it if this app worked within Facebook Groups for both live sales and comment claiming from photos. Overall, I love this app! It's super easy to use and has helped streamline the live sales experience for both myself and my customers. Thanks so much!!

I LOVE this system. It is not cumbersome or complicated as some alternatives are; no synching inventory or having to deal with accounting/money in several places. Way easier for customers too!! I love that it keeps customers on my site and they don't have to agree to anything or sign up or anything like that. They are used to the ShopPay and checking out on my site, and this allows them to continue to do that. I have a brick and mortar too and this allows all my inventory to seamlessley synch, all my customer/income data to be in one place and that is just a beautiful thing! This is just so simple I'm excited to have found you. I look forward to the features coming!

So 1st of all...I literally was about to start selling using a different service that shall remain nameless but wanted 5% of my total sales in addition to the monthly fee. It took me HOURS to set that thing up and it was going to be EXTREMELY challenging to use with a heck of a lot of prep work. I'm a mother of 5...time is something I don't have. I love this app! I was looking for a live selling app that would integrate with shopify but not break the bank! This is the easiest thing to use & I've had no problems so far! Highly recommend! Not having to invoice after a live sale saves so much time!

This app is becoming a game changer for me. Along with Shopify the integration of this app is helping us add sales and cut down on invoicing manually. It is saving me HOURS of time. We use it for our daily product drops on Facebook and during our FBLive sales. It's so easy and Joe is amazing to work with. I'm telling you it is a GAME CHANGER!!!

I’ve only been using this app a short while but it’s soooo easy!! The support is amazing and everything syncs with Shopify! From the sizes, color, everything! Literally you just have to post in the tagged section and customers are ready to shop! I’m very happy I found this app!

This is the third or forth app I have used from this company and it does not disappoint. Finally a way for customers to quickly purchase an item from Facebook that works seemlessly with Shopify. I love how you do not need to do any other steps and there are no accounts to set up etc for the customers. Just a simple BUY ___ and it sends them a message! 100000% recommend.

If I could give 10 Stars for this app I would. I've done a ton of coding in my store and this is one app that is absolutely perfect as is. I put this app through rigorous test to make sure it's perfect for my customers. Results.. passed with flying colors. What impressed me the most was that I did not have to code anything to change and of the text, the app gives you options to chose from to change how you want things to display. I could go on and on but all I can say is, try it you will not be sorry.
