Does not give an option to set lead time before the order is ready and drivers are sent way too fast. Unable to use this because we have items that require lead time of 1-2 days before they are ready.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback. We understand how important it is for your store to manage preparation time, especially when items require longer lead windows. The app includes scheduling options once installation is complete, but we do not see an installation for your store in our system, which may be why those settings are not appearing. This app is incredibly user-friendly, and whenever I encounter any problems, the Support team is always ready to assist. The chat support is particularly effective, consistently resolving any issues that come up.

Customer service is very responsive! My theme wasn't configured for the app but they were able to get it configured within minutes.
So far so good. I would probably give it 5 stars but it forces you to write a review to continue using the app.
