Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed. From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. I contacted the support team at Data Support today with a question about a custom report. They were able to create the report in a few minutes. The overall support was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend them and their app.
