Simple and easy to use. Quick responses from the support!
The app is easy to use although there is A LOT to customize if you want - which can make you feel a bit overwhelmed. However there are good video tutorials available which helped me to get started and I have received help from the chat super fast. Big thanks to Isabella for jumping on an ad hoc call to help me out. Looking forward to starting to use Videowise in full speed!
Super easy to install and start using. The back-end is very clear and everything is easy to use. The onboarding/follow-up call was also very useful. You can see that the founders have worked as a merchant themselves. You can easily change the desired impact and they help you to communicate your contribution in your shop. I can 100% recommend!

Have been using Ongoing WMS via our 3pl for past 6 months. Everything has worked well and most of the custom reports and needs have been addressed promptly. The system seems robust and reliable and we haven't had any technical issues. It is very easy to use and manage - all our our team members find it easy to operate regardless of their technical background. Great to hear!
