Very satisfied with the assistance I received today from Rods, regarding the Shopify Connector app. Not very satisfied with the app after the updates made, but hoping they continue to make improvements. Always happy to speak to a helpful and friendly support agent

I use this app for my wholesale store where I sell to other businesses. I love that I can offer volume discounts, different pricing to different groups of customers, and net terms. It has had a few bugs here and there, but the support team is extremely quick at fixing issues, and is very responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance.

This app does exactly what I need. I sell my products to other companies who require me to send them actual invoices and receipts. Shopify does not provide these, so I use Avada for that reason. Their customer support is really great, and have always worked with me to resolve any issues or help me navigate their software, or help me customize my invoices/receipts for my customers. They are very quick in doing so which is also great.

FIVE STARS for customer service! The app needs a bit of work still, however, their team is extremely responsive and helpful. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs, and that's huge!
