THE solution to ALL my problems! As a wholesale brand, finding a B2B that works well with agents has been near impossible. All are geared toward the customer placing orders, not sales agents managing customers within a region. Great B2B Sales Tool – Highly Recommend! CSS Sales Team has been great for managing our B2B sales on Shopify. It lets us easily assign customers to reps, manage pipelines, and create draft orders, all within Shopify. The app is simple to use and integrates smoothly. Support has been excellent too.

We have a rather odd commission process and they custom modified it to fit our needs very quickly. I did not think I was going to find anyone who was willing/able to help until I worked with them. It saved us hours of work every month going through everything manually.

This app gives our brand reps individual logins, allows them to place orders for customers from specific collections. The app also helps us and them keep track of their commissions. We are new customers, but have worked directly with the developers on custom commission scales and analytics and they have been great to work with. Quick and very communicative. We are excited to roll out our new sales rep reporting system for 2024.

I wanted to restrict the products a sales rep can choose to put in an order. They were able to make this special modification for a minimal cost with a quick turnaround and made it so it's easy for me to modiify the available products list.

Customer service is extremely greatly responsive to my inquiries and requests though the application needs to be mobile-optimized. They're willing to make customizations so that the app works for my needs.

This app is brilliant! The support is absolutely fantastic with an opportunity to speak on video link to technical support if needed. I needed an app to allow my sales reps to order products and see their own orders on a dashboard without seeing other orders from other reps or customers. It does exactly that and when I asked for some tweaks to fit my business, the developers responded either making small changes free of charge or at a reasonable fee. They're busy developing the app all the time and are open to suggestions to improve it for all. Thank you Rose for being such a great help.

So far, so good. Their customer service and willingness to assist was great. I was able to video conference with the developer and they were extremely communicative. We don't need all the features, but so far it's improving our business with the features we need.

We have decided to edit our review since we finally figured out how to change the prices individually. So far eveything we set up seems perfect. We have some cons that we would like to address. 1. Everytime something is updated, the system navigartion goes back to the first section which is very anooying. Please fix system to where it stays in the same section. 2. If your company in the live chat states its responds immediately, then please respond. IF a bot responds, then state its a bot. We were waiting hours for a response and no one catered to us. The two individauls we saw online were not really online it seems. 3. I would recommend in the price section for changing the prices, there should be a text that states change your price here. It took us for ever to realize we could change the price in the price boxes. It was by mistake we figured that out 4. There should be daily, weekly and monthly reports not soely monthly. What if we have a weekly pay period? 5. There needs to be a feature where we can get daily, weekly, or monthly email reports. Having to log into shopify, then access the app and look at the data is not convenient. it should be streamlined. Automatic emails to the admin should be a feature for the commissions. In the event one cant access shopify or if we want to just forward the data to our bookeeper who manages the payroll. 6. Not sure why but the app seems to stall alot stating that shopify has issues accessing the app. sometimes we have to log out and log back in or just wait for problem to resolve.

The Sales Rep app has been a great addition to our wholesale site. We are managing multiple reps and this tool gives a great amount of features that they find very useful such as the ability to enter orders for customers and the cart sharing. Having a limited dashboard with functionality was crucial for us with using independent sales reps, as we do not want to share all order and customer information. This app fits the bill. Vik and Rose have been great working working through some of the early hiccups we had and helped with our installation. They answered our tons of questions very quickly. They also were very open to user feedback to improve the application. We would not know what to do without this app. Great application and dev team!

Quite possibly the worst app we've ever used. Here are the list of reasons: Basic Plan - No view of all features that require upgrade No sound user experience AT ALL No visual hierarchy, proper grouping, primary vs secondary vs tertiary buttons, lacks contrast or signifiers for understanding the UI Extremely lacks explanations of null states for all kinds of features or pages No distinction between working with sales reps vs affiliates What the heck are sales team templates? Feature toggle switches are unreadable Can't use our own Shopify tags for assigning existing customers to reps Reports are small and don't make sense in null state Email us page should have a contact form. Doesn't even have a "mailto" deeplink to open email client Calendly page title shows "CSS advanced support" as if any beginner would understand that FAQ accordions just look like plain text and have no UX signifiers like dropdown arrows YouTube instructional videos have no proper grouping headings such as "Getting Started." Accept/Deny Sales Rep page makes absolutely no sense. Is this for affiliates? So many more bad UX issues to list! Just the worst app, period. Unusable, in and out. NOTE TO THE DEVELOPER: I'll be glad to consider using your app when these issues are fixed. Make it USABLE!

TL:DR; If you are looking for a straightforward profit share app, this one is worth your time and money. For the team alone. I don't know that I can form the words to express how grateful I am to Rose and the Chief Software Solution team. Through international time differences, minute changes (I mean down to verbiage), and everything in between -- they were THERE! They took the time to understand our needs and worked tirelessly to create a custom solution. During that creation, we were walked through each step and included in the process to ensure that we were all on the same page. Complete transparency. Prompt responses and proactive follow-up. Top flight. We haven't experienced this level of professionalism and actual results from companies that call themselves "leaders in the industry".

Don't look any further if you have any needs in terms of sales reps management, commission reports and pay-outs, wholesale pricing and a hole lot of other issues that can't be handled out of the box by Shopify. The app by itself is great, but Vik and his team are true pros to help develop and implement any special features you may need to address specific needs. Use the app and the services provided by Chief Software Solutions knowing you will get A1 support from beginning to end.

This app is awesome, and their customer support is the best I've seen on Shopify. The app lets you tag customers to sales reps, and is tracking the rep's progress. Finally - we don't have to manually extrapolate data to tell us what we want, this app does it for us, and we ensure that our sales representatives are properly compensated for the client base that they have developed. Really a good app, and much better than the other sales rep apps that I have tried using in the past. I aam awful with tech, and got on a screen share with a customer support rep, who was very helpful and got me set up within 15 minutes. This company needs to give their customer support rep , Vik, a promotion- you are amazing bro, and a great asset to this company!!!

I wanted to use this app for tracking sales commissions, but when I started to implement it was very clear that this application was not ready for primetime. Many bugs, some of them simple like buttons appearing more than once or menu options that were supposed to be hidden showing. Very bad mobile support. It is like someone did this as a quick project and not something that you would want to represent your professional business to sale reps.
