Truly amazing! Grid & Pixel is a lifesaver app with incredible customer service and support. Their custom designs are phenomenal and on brand in terms of style, tone of voice, and feel. It's worth every cent, and then some.

Like many testimonials about apps, I am writing because of the outstanding customer service and support from the team at BON Loyalty. Another app we have on our site (to make our pages load faster), created issues with displaying a reward widget. The team at BON helped troubleshoot and fix the problem. I was so thrilled. Usually, you are told by some providers to talk to the people whose app broke their code. None of that from Bon. On top of it, we are new to Bon Loyalty, and I found the onboarding support excellent. so far, the investment appears to be working for us. I spent a reasonable amount of time researching apps and found BON to fit our needs best. I never imagined the customer service would be as exceptional as it is.

The team behind Hyperspeed is magnificent. They are prompt, clear, and go beyond to improve your site. Every single time I have asked for assistance they have delivered rapidly, and also helped fix issues they saw that were impacting my site speed. Truly, above and beyond and every staff member who has helped me has been spectacular. This app is worth every cent.

Aside from delivering a clean app with easy-to-follow app navigation and a library of comprehensive financial/product reports, I had an exceptional onboarding meeting that helped me gain a deeper insight into the functionality and depth of the power of the app. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it. I like this app overall. However, it could do better with product delivery dates and card messages. It doesn't provide the necessary fields during the purchase to allow customers to pick delivery dates (for flowers/plants) nor does it offer a field to insert a message for a delivery or a card to accompany the delivery. Because of this glitch, we regularly have to call the customer to get card messages and delivery dates.

I'm giving this team, and their product, five stars for going above and beyond to support our migration to a new 2.0 theme. When a significant issue was threatening to derail our migration, the team worked over the weekend to respond and code a solution. Hard to know how you could ask for anything more from a customer service level. Their service level is the best in this class of apps by far, and the functionality is as well. Kudos to the entire team for providing service excellence.
