I had a quick issue with setting my default from subscription to one-time purchase and Krupa was able to help me quickly with a screenshot and quick video. I have had bold for 3 years and their customer service is really good.

I really like this app and it is more cost effective that I was using before. It also integrates with Google. Unlike the app that was $97 for the stars to show up on Google search. They also have amazing support usually within a few minutes the issue is resolved.

Great and fast customer service. I love all the widgets they have available and how efficiently we can collect customer reviews.

This is a great app to start offering additional in app sales or offers in the product page or cart page. They also have very responsive customer service even in their free version.
