Great experience so far. Team has been prompt in giving quick responses and fix to our small issues in the process of implementation. Just one suggestion please work on the live preview section. More than 90% customers shop our product on mobile device and we expect live preview to be seen as they type customisation inputs. Currently they have to scroll up and down to be able to see previews.
not working. many customers faced error message. when reached to customer support no response. after installation still customer seeing same login.
We have been writing mails and not getting any response from Easy ads team. 8,149.05 INR is spent so far other than what is charged by Easy ads and we got zero conversion so far. Our CPC in easy ads is 8times compared to when we run ads directly on facebook.

Please note that we were made aware of a bug that prevented you from sending messages using the in-app chat option, which has been resolved shortly and you can now send messages. Update on 7th September 2021 - The idea was to increase the facebook conversions, but sadly don't know why facebook conversions are all time low. Will wait for this month else will have to go back to facebook channel from shopify which was giving better results for free. Update on 25th September - we decided to uninstall trackify. Our ROAS dropped from 5 to 2.5 after this. Trackify team kept saying it's now because of trackify but, we find no other reason why ROAS should drop. After clicking clean uninstall, still code is lying on shopify. This is not a good app.

We used this app and it works well. However, we don't recommend this app for beginners, since minimum you need to invest $30 for the same and that is too much to be utilized when order flow is less. We had $23 in our account which were not utilized and the same got expired. We requested for an extension beforehand but our request was not honored. Updated as on 29 March 2021
