Great app for adding SMS and WhatsApp OTP based logon to the store. Works exactly as desired. Loved the flexibility they provide. Was able to configure my own sender id. Was also able to create a login popup. Support is mostly over emails and so takes a few hours to respond but they do respond and resolve issues, if any.

SimplyOTP was easy to install and the team helped with the annual upgrade. Plugin is easy to use and helps in validating our customers.
The app is good, works well. There is a issue for stores currently that are not on plus plans that cannot enable multipass, you will only be logged in on one device. Other than that the dev & support team is very good.

not working. many customers faced error message. when reached to customer support no response. after installation still customer seeing same login.
I have updated my billing accounts to pay for the SMS transactions, but every opt-in request comes back invalid, and my phone receives no code. Fix this and take my moneyyy.

We have been using Simple OTP Login for around the last year. I must say this is the perfect solution for OTP-based logins. The integration was very seamless and quick. The Tech team is very supportive they did a lot of customizations(UI & functional) as per our brand requirements. Also support team is very quick(especially JEET).
Our integration of the Simply OTP app has been very unique, and the team at Lucent Innovation have been very helpful with their support and help with integration of certain fuctionality that we needed.
Works seamlessly. Customer support is also good. There are certain features that I hope will become available in the future - like merchant wise spam protection customization, phone number blocking (currently only IP blocking is available), but it works fine right now!

The Simply OTP Login app working perfectly as per our exception in our Shopify store. They resolved our concern very quickly. Great support team work.
The App never worked as promised. After several contacts with the support for weeks to solve the problem of the OTP code not being sent by sms to the mobile numbers in Portugal, the problem was never solved and we had to uninstall the APP.

Thank you for your feedback and for waiting for us to assist you. Our team has tested the Portgul number and it appears to be working fine from our end. However, it's possible that you may have activated the DND (Do Not Disturb) service, which could be preventing you from receiving Firebase OTPs. We are currently exploring other service providers in Portgul that may be able to help us enable OTP service in your area.
We used Simply OTP Login for our website which helped us to recover customers who are not comfortable logging in using a mail or password. It allows login with a simple OTP. The process was very simple and the dedicated support team was helping with customizations we asked them for.

An essential app for Shopify online stores that simplifies the login process. The support provided is prompt and up to the mark.
This app is a fraud. It does not offer free plan. It shows free plan in the app description but It has been switched off in the settings and forces you to take their highest plan. Shopify check this app before releasing such apps.

Before installing this app, I tried multiple OTP login and social login apps. Every app had one or the other issue. However, this app was the perfect fit for all my demands. It covers all the loopholes existing in other apps. Additionally, the customer support team is proactive and helpful in solving all the problems, if arises. Special mention and thanks to Mr. Jeet, he is available at all point of time to resolve issues.
