100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our first week on Faire as a Brand, and there was a big hiccup. Syncing with our Shopify catalog was seamless, but turns out it's not 100% accurate. Faire will not back you up as a Brand as they do not compensate for any mistakes that happen on app integrations. The price that they synced on Faire is different from Shopify, and we were selling units to retailers at very low prices. This was quickly bought up to Faire, but they offered no empathy or support, not even waiving commissions on this order. They only want your money and do not support you as a Brand. I will make sure to let every single brand owner I know to becareful with Faire.
