We needed an easy way to generate invoices from Shopify and this did that and then some! First I worked so we could just manually generate an invoice for people who asked. But since they had more advanced features we integrated the invoice generation into our confirmation emails and our store confirmation and account pages. When I had a few issues (because we have different types of products that generate slightly different email versions) Edwin of customer support was super responsive (a matter of seconds) and then also went in and made everything possible so I didn't have to wade through the weeds to figure it out. We really love Rewind for backing up our Shopify store. It provides us with confidence that our information is stored, and runs on its own. We are really looking forward to the release of the integration with Monday.com! The sooner the better!

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. This app is extremely robust. Way better than the regular shopify report ability. Given it is robust it can be very complex. It doesn't have to be for simple reports, but we wanted to use this to pull tailored reports around collections and tags (something Shopify does not support). Although I often was at the point of giving up on some of the things I was trying to create in this software, whenever I hit a wall I could reach out and live-chat with customer support (even on weekends and after hours they were there for me). This makes all the difference in the world. I think for complex reports I wouldn't have been able to figure out what we needed without the amazing assistance of the team. Dominic was especially helpful and seemingly always on the job. Highly recommend.

I'm happy we found this app after we initially tried another one with more reviews (but it was way way too complicated). The folks at Tipo were VERY responsive. And it was easy to install and configure their app. We found a few glitches that didn't work for us but customer service was able to help us. The only tricky bit is that they appear to be in Asia so they are awake when we are asleep (and vice versa) but we could get everything fixed via email and good communication. The most user-friendly auction app we could find. They even worked with us to customize some colors to match our store. Thanks so much for the great service. Good luck!

We purchased this app to add a donation request section in our shopping cart. We wanted to customize the look and feel a bit and since we couldn't figure out how to change the CSS we reached out to customer support and they were very responsive and helpful. Several months later we changed our shop template and found that the new template didn't pull over our previous donation default settings. Once again support was very responsive, even over the holidays, and has been great about helping us resolve our minor issues. We are very satisfied with the relative ease of using this app and the customer service is great. It has helped us raise more money for our fundraising causes and allows us flexibility in terms of changing the design of the app look.
