This is amazing app for showing available stock in physical stores. Really intuitive to use and easy to set up. I was having an issue with a stock visibility detail, and Kets was able to point out the issue for me in just few minutes. Recommend!

Amazing app and the best customer service team. I had trouble setting things the way I wanted to and they helped and did the code edits for me. Also ran into some problems when importing data from previous app, and they immediately started to work on it. Very good app for fraction of the price compared to many in the same level.

Amazing customer support. I needed a review app which would be reasonably priced and I would be able to translate (the reviews), and this one syncs automatically with T Lab. I ran into problems importing reviews from old app, but Abderrahman was able to import the reviews for me in just a few minutes. So far amazing!

Switched to SC Back In Stock Restock Alert after our previous app's pricing was way too high for our notification request needs. I needed some custom design help, and the customer service is 5/5. Amina and Nejra helped me with all my questions and specific needs, and everything was done within one working day. Easy to set up and translations available for the widget is a plus, [edited] and they even added a translation option for emails per my request. I previously gave 4 starts, but was now able to change it to 5, since the customer support is beyond great and they even added the missing features I was hoping to have.

I contacted the app before hand to check if they had a possibility to migrate notifications from another app, and I got a quite prompt reply that yes they could do that once we have installed the app. But as soon as we installed the app and paid for the plan, the customer support stopped answering. I contacted them 5 times, without an answer. I would stay away from this app. It works ok, but if you ever need any help from the customer team, you probably won't get an answer.

We've been using this app for around 6 months now and can highly recommend. Makes it easy to follow GDPR guidelines. They even added a new feature to help showing the correct lowest prior price when using discount codes. Customer support is always 5/5.

Works really well and customer support is beyond amazing! I had another banner scheduler in use (to show campaign banners in right time), but had trouble implementing translations, since our store operates in multiple languages. I sent few questions to Content Scheduler Pro team before installing, and I also asked if they had announcement bar scheduling options available. They didn't but added the feature just per my request! I had trouble with site speed after installing the app, but the team worked for several days and managed to fix the app so that it didn't cause extra delay for site speed (for us or anyone else). Great app in every way, but the best thing is their customer service! We've encountered some really specific issues which have been caused by other apps our store is using, and T Lab always answers really quickly and helps to solve the issue. Really recommend! The AI translations are also really accurate, only minor details have to be fixed when translating from Finnish to English/Swedish.

So far the app has worked great, and the customer service is spot on - they answer very quickly and offered to help with a specific problem we had. I removed one star because using the app takes a little bit of getting used to, it's not something you can do without getting to know instructions first.

The customer service is amazing, they have helped us setting the app even though it required some extra work and have answered all questions within one day. App works great, never have had a problem with it. I just wished it had more scheduling options, like a header banner or image+text, so I wouldn't need multiple apps to schedule promotional announcements. Also you can't schedule banners for different languages. But overall very happy and has been a game changer for us.
