We just started using this app but already we can see that it has what we needed. Big bravo for support team, literally 6/5.

Works as it says and ensures customers are automatically notified when items come back into stock. Well worth the money. Just that little add on that makes a huge difference. Customer support very responsive too.

They don't integrate with category level, no one is going to click a product that says out of stock on category level.

Been paying $5 a month for years only to figure out that they have sent 0, yes ZERO, messages all of these years. 6,000+ messages have been pending. I expect them to reach out to me in this case and explain there is an issue instead of me having to figure out that thier app is not working. I am sure they will claim that I didn't do setup correctly or didn't do some action but why take my money all of these years and do nothing to help me?

The free version has a lot of functions including multilanguage which is very nice. It's just: I installed it yesterday and already encountered so many problems. I am constantly chatting with the support and it's slowing me down.

Fantastic experience so far! I had an intro call with Tarik Selimović to learn about the widget and ask some questions – he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I then installed the widget into my theme. After using some of the customisation options available, I contacted Tarik by email to ask for some extra help – to align the widget with my branding (I wanted to make some extra changes, over and above the immediately available customisation options in the app). He was very efficient and passed my request onto the correct team straight away. In almost no time at all, I now have a customised widget that looks great on my website. Super happy. Thank you!

Disappointing app. It's not built for Shopify at all. Unable to trigger any Shopify flow (including emails). Integrations are super limited. App is unable to request first name in any form - only email.

The importance of back in stock notifications is VERY important to me as we sell-out and continually have new items arriving monthly. The app is important and fortunately the team has been helpful as well the few times I've needed assistance they are quick to reply and resolve.

Tarik Kadric was wonderful in resolving my urgent matter. Had mistakenly sent out notifications to over 1000 people, and he resolved the issue with great speed and attention to detail. not only that, but as we were a valued customer they removed the extra expense in uploading the lost notifications as a way of appreciation of our long standing relationship. Cannot recommend highly enough. 2.8.2024 Tarik AGAIN! Was incredibly helpful in guiding us through possible changes to emails. Also extremely knowledgeable and is in the process of helping us correct what subdomain the emails are sent from. Truly the most helpful person i have come across in the company. He is an asset to the company.

The installation of this app was quick and easy. I don't have a standard Shopify theme so it required some coding to be done by the SC team, they did it quickly, efficiently and asked me every step of the way if i was happy. I couldn't recommend the team and the app enough.

Switched to SC Back In Stock Restock Alert after our previous app's pricing was way too high for our notification request needs. I needed some custom design help, and the customer service is 5/5. Amina and Nejra helped me with all my questions and specific needs, and everything was done within one working day. Easy to set up and translations available for the widget is a plus, [edited] and they even added a translation option for emails per my request. I previously gave 4 starts, but was now able to change it to 5, since the customer support is beyond great and they even added the missing features I was hoping to have.

One of the best apps I've come across on Shopify. Ticks all the boxes for alerting customers for products that are back in stock. I had a technical issue as i didn't know how to set it up. I was in a real lurch as a product on my site got some unexpected press and we sold out of it quickly. I needed to get a Back in Stock notification up quickly - and on a Saturday - and Muaza got back to me very quickly, helped me get it installed and looking beautiful with speed and kindness. I've had this app for a few years and it works great. I've only had a minor issue when updating my store theme but the developers are very responsive and they resolve the issue very fast.

This has to be the best app for restocking alerts and many other useful features as well. Simple, easy to use, and most of all straightforward. Useful customer support. I'm on the free plan, and Nitesh (once he understood the issue properly) sent a helpful screen recording of an option to try for my issue - which I hadn't spotted because it needed to be scrolled to and wasn't obvious on my screen. To get to that stage took an hour, but in the end I got a really useful bit of user info. The only thing I'd change about the app is to make the pop-up on out of stock items less intrusive, perhaps by allowing a delay timer on it appearing. Seems to work well, and has generated sales. A great service for my online customers, and time-saver for me as a micro-business!

I've had this app for years. It has been very helpful in increasing sales and decreasing emails. The app stopped working in my theme. I was able to get quick support via video chat. This app is fine if you just want to send manually and to your whole list. I have used it for years and years. Lately I've been wanting to send automatically or in batches, but this app isn't working well at all. The system actually sent 150 people a notification, when there was just one item added to stock. Big mistake that cost me thousands in revenue. I reached out and the developers were working on it for days, but they never found the solution. Then, this happened again! That's why I'm leaving for now.
