Great customer support! I ran into an issue when connecting my catalogue to Meta, and the team was quick to respond and help me resolve it. Everything is now working perfectly. I really appreciate their help and would happily recommend them to anyone!
One of the worst app I have ever seen with such 5 star reviews. I think these guys paid for their reviews. This app cannot even track page view, view content, add to cart events properly. The Event Match Quality score is very low in Meta Events Manager. When contacted their support, they say it is normal behavior.

Great customer service - i got a quick response with help for accessing my token and setting up the app. Quick and easy assistance is provided in the chat. Ashwitha was a great help and i really appreciate her assistance

Couldn't work out how to link, install, get tokens etc because of how confusing to navigate Meta and FB is. The support staff helped me set up all the way. I am really thankful for the assistance.

THEIR SUPPORT TEAM DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING, THEIR DEV TEAM DOESNT COME ON CALL, THEIR PRODUCT TEAM DOESNT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, WASTED MY MONEY ON THEM, NO ONE SHOWS UP IN THE SCHEDULED CALL, NO PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM TEAM, WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN AN OPTION
Venía con un problema de eventos duplicados en Meta que no podía resolver. Probé de todo con la app oficial de Facebook & Instagram de Shopify y nada funcionaba. Instalé Nabu y en un rato ya estaba solucionado. Priya del soporte es una genia, me tuvo paciencia y me fue guiando hasta que quedó todo andando. Encima me ayudó a encontrar que el canal oficial de Shopify me seguía generando el conflicto. Ahora el tracking funciona bien y Meta dejó de contar las compras doble. La recomiendo.

I have just installed this and it was very easy and support quickly jump online with me to ensure it was all working correctly.
Excellent and Speedy Support! I was having an issue with my Meta Pixel conversion data not being accurate. I reached out to support and Priya was able to diagnose the problem in just a few minutes. She quickly identified that I had a conflict with another app using the same pixel. She explained the issue clearly and gave me a simple solution that worked immediately. Fantastic, efficient, and super helpful support!
