I am changing my feedback to a 5 star because they have earned it. I bend backward for my clients and I am please to see that these guys do the same. If you ever have an issue with this app, what ever it is, give them a chance to address it. They will come thru.
There is no monthly plan (only 7 days free trial). Not enough to assess the support quality. Once you pay for the full year, they have NO INCENTIVE what so ever. You are LOCKED in. If they are so confident you will be happy with the service, why lock you in?

Also, we provide various pricing plans like Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly. We have also mentioned the monthly plan in the Shopify app store listing. As you were using the trial period of the app and asked our customer support, he informed you about various plans also he gave you a discount on various plans, but I think you misunderstood somewhere. Completely MISLEADING and dishonest. It's FREE to install then they charge 2%!!!!!! Ridiculous APP. They charge more then a BANK!!!! Be honest with your clients...

Gives you 7 days free trial and promises result in 3 to 12 weeks? what kind of none sense is this. How am I suppose to evaluate the app? what is the purpose of the 7 days trial if i can see results only after 12 weeks?
