These guys went above and beyond. Their app is so user friendly, aesthetic and last but not least, their support is outstanding. You can really count on them. 100% satisfied and 100% recommended. Don't hesitate to get this app. Great job guys!
Don't recommend this app at all. It is a big waste of money. No conversions, just a few and very expensive. We followed all their steps to assure it is just useless. We know about meta ads, we just wanted to enhance our conversions but instead we ended up only losing money. Once Ouissal gave us a support but when we doubt about his suggestions, he didn't seem to be very happy. Their arguments are very poor but as we know how to run ads we are aware of what works and what not. Many innocent and people expect to get miracles here but sometimes AI is not as intelligent as they say. As a recommendation, learn yourselves how to run ads and you are very likely to get better results than the ones from these kind of apps. Don't take the easy path, learn by your own, test on your own. By the way, their data was way too inaccurate, their end provided much more conversions than the real ones. They blamed facebook but that is false. That never happens to us with our direct ads on meta ads.

Their app is excellent, it is so useful and user friendly. Totally recommended. I searched many different options and this one is the best. Besides, they listen to you and follow your suggestions. Their support service is outstanding and Kateryna has been very kind and supportive with us permanently. Great job guys and thanks for everything!

Nunca pudimos usar la app porque los correos de recuperación de carritos abandonados enviaban al usuario a un checkout en Inglés cuando la página está en español. Se les pidió ayuda por más de un mes en donde solo decían que era una configuración de shopify y no de ellos. Así estuvimos semanas hablando con Shopify y Klaviyo. Al final Klaviyo nos indicó cómo hacerlo y estaba en manos de ellos (no de shopify). Les pedimos ayuda tantas veces y solo era que algún asesor configurara eso. Sin embargo, la ayuda que nos brindaron tampoco sirvió pero si un asesor dispuesto a ayudar nos hubiera colaborado, le hubiera tomado 2 minutos hacerlo y seguramente les estuviéramos pagando una mensualidad pero esta gente sí que sabe NO captar clientes. Que vergüenza de servicio al cliente.
