Impossible for us to use when variants on our Shopify products have to be mapped to variants on eBay, but eBay categories we sell under don't support variations. Support was not able to help us.

Thanks for your feedback, We understand there are some limitations on eBay where certain categories do not support variations. An option to alter the category can often fix this, we have reached out directly to offer further support. Nikki
Like with most apps, there have been some complications at the start, but shipstation support has been on point to address any issues we have had. We have been using it for over 6 months and are happy with it. I would recommend it to anyone.
The app has worked great for everything we've needed, the customer support is excellent. We really appreciate the level of care that the Zakeke team puts into their products.
