Love Fairing! Been using them for a while and have collected responses to get more info on everything from customer discovery methods, new product interest, and general buying behaviors. We also have responses auto-slack us in a separate channel which is AWESOME for getting live responses from customers!

Great interface with tons of tools for translations. With that said, by FAR some of the best customer service I've seen from a Shopify app. Always responding quickly with tons of help. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend for anyone interested in testing things on their store. Smart, friendly, and extremely helpful team, I really couldn't speak higher of them. We were able to clearly and concisely test prices on our flagship product and within 2 weeks we had incredibly valuable and actionable data that will improve our bottom line.
