Great app and outstanding support. We installed it last minute to launch a BOGO campaign. Hanna was available during late hours and her team members Daniel, Mina, and Vivia took over after her shift. Questions were quickly answered and support was there to make sure everything was smooth. The app does it's job and works as intended with no issues. Installation was quick and easy. Videowise is a great platform with many use cases. Shoppable videos on-site, embedding videos off-site, and QR scannable codes. You can do so much with it. Onboarding, customer support, and communications are efficient through Slack. They are truly an extension of your team. You won't get the usual SaaS onboarding call and then they move on to the next. Jide has been an enormous help and I enjoy working with him. And most importantly he gets sh*t done. I am excited to see the analytics in the next 12 months. With just a week since implementing, on-site added time reached 24 hours, and 1034 videos were watched. These are just the starting numbers and I'm confident Videowise will help us increase exponentially once we analyze further. They are constantly taking in user feedback and implementing quickly. We have been using both Mechanic and Locksmith since 2020 and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Both of these apps play vital roles in our operations. Locksmith does what it is designed to do. Easy to setup on the backend and the frontend updates smoothly. The pricing philosophy is one of the best ever. The team truly looks at your usage and gives you a fair price point that you both agree with. Support is best in class, hands down. Isaac and the team deserve all the 5 stars. Mechanic is THE BEST app on Shopify hands down. It should have a lot more 5 star reviews then it currently has now. Support is great! Isaac, Matt and the team on slack does such an awesome job helping answer questions for trouble shooting tasks or even task writing. Even if you're not writing your own tasks, the task library constantly have new tasks that provides great utility uses in your everyday operations. The pricing philosophy is one of the best I've ever seen. The team really does work with you regardless of if you're a small or big revenue merchant. Why is Mechanic the best? Just think Shopify Flow, but on steroids. It can do almost any task to make your backend operations organized and fluid. Need to tag orders that is the customer's first order? Or tagging customer for membership product and removing it after the membership duration is over? There's a task for that. As of now there are 332 tasks in the task library.
