Make My Shave

I've been using this app for 5 years, and it's served our business really well over that time. I recently hit a patch where support was slower than usual and I struggled to reach anyone on an urgent issue, but I'm pleased to say the team has since come back to me and been proactive and genuinely helpful in getting it sorted. It's reassuring to see the responsiveness I'd always valued from them return. Every provider has the occasional hiccup; what matters is how they handle it, and they've stepped up. Happy to recommend them, and grateful for the long partnership.
