Great application and great support. Solves a number of issues we have had. Very responsive.
Just wanted to let your team know the new 3.0 version is extremely buggy, slide shows in particular are barely usable and often flake out mid edit. Elements can't be copied and moved successfully and images don't populate correctly. Other elements in the navigator are completely broken and do not populate properly. There seriously needs to be a way to go back to the old ecomposer, this is a half baked at best effort and it is causing nothing but issues.

Missed thousands of dollars worth of sales due to the emails not being sent from this application. Tested multiple times and checked with on different email accounts and spam. Do not recommend.

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience we have caused you. We regret that you missed the order. We would like to clarify some issues here, when we received your inquiry, our team immediately conducted an investigation. It was found that you did not enable the "Send email to administrator" function in the form, which is why you did not receive the email. The "Send email to administrator" function determines whether to send an email to the administrator's mailbox. When you did not enable it, your administrator mailbox cannot receive the email. You can enable the "Send email to administrator" in Settings, Email to Admin in the form. Our customer service has tried to contact you to enable this function as soon as possible to avoid missing orders again. Good concept but didn't work for us. We needed discounted pricing based on volume of multiple different products, ie 10 of a, 10 of b, 10 of c = lowered price because you got 30 total. Much more complex than that but ultimately it didn't work for our needs.
