The team is always helpful and quick to assist when I have any questions about adjustments to my designs! We really appreciate the fast and easy way to work.
How can something like tiered pricing be complicated to set up? I definitely do not advise this app. They also did not respond to our questions, only AI-generated replies. I’m tired of AI chatbots. And while our store was not live, we were charged 5 months total of 250$. It was saying free plan till we get our store live. unbelievable.

While the initial stage of setting up tiered price lists is currently manual, we provide full onboarding guidance and would be happy to jump on a call with you to go through this. Be cautious, as they add advertisements to your thank you page without your consent. This is unbelievable and ridiculous. They claimed they sent an email about it, but how does that justify placing ads on our thank you page? What if we missed the email? This is the worst idea ever.
