We've just started testing this app and it seems to work great. The AI feature is already adding value to our carts. The support team is also wonderful and has been answering many questions quickly and thoroughly!

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.
