It was definitely a learning curve, but the customer support agent (Anne) on the live chat was incredibly responsive and helpful with the set up. I almost gave up until she assisted!

This app was one of the best apps on shopify. Unfortunately there is a rather heinous promo code abuse functionality that has cost my company over 50,000. I have begged loox to help me and writing this review pains be but I feel it's the only way to get their attention and take my issue seriously. I will gladly take this review down the second I have been helped in turning off the referral program.

Please know that we take your concerns seriously, and we’d love the chance to make things right. To clarify: even after the referral program is disabled, any discount codes that were previously created will remain active in your Shopify store. These need to be manually disabled from within Shopify’s 'Discounts' page. This software is truly amazing and I highly recommend using it. You’re beyond foolish if you choose not to. We were using shopify inbox before and the amount of time energy and effort that my staff had to put in to get sales was a lot. With Zipchat Ai all that stress and worry is gone. It’s very easy to use, the team over there is incredibly helpful. 10/10 would recommend for any site especially one that gets a decent amount of traffic.
I used to absolutely love Parcel Panel but they are experiencing huge technical issues that have cost us a lot of money. They tracking is completely off due to the increase of the holidays which 100% not their fault. That being said as someone coming from a programming background there are multiple workarounds that they could easily have done to resolve these issues. The software is not tracking properly for USPS as it currently sits and will only cause massive frustration for your customers it’s best they see the actually tracking info provided by USPS itself than rely on Parcel Panels API data.
