Signed up a couple of months ago. The flat fee was $29.99/month. This has now been quietly updated to '$29.99/month + usage' with no information about the update or what 'usage' actually is. On checking my invoice for this month I've been charged $155.99!!!!! HUGE red flags.

Hi there, Thank you for flagging this. I'm sorry the change landed on you with no warning. You're right that a flat plan turning into "$29.99/month + usage" isn't okay without telling you what "usage" means and how it gets charged. That's on us, and we dropped it here. For context: Vitals has held the same $29.99/month base for six years, with all 40+ features included. Usage charges are built for stores running real volume across the suite. They shouldn't show up as a surprise invoice with no explanation. We've changed how a few things are metered, so a bill like this one shouldn't happen again. I moved to Avada over a year ago from another app and it does what it says and is constantly evolving to ensure it's up to date with new AI developments.
The 'notify when back in stock' button shows up immediate - with other apps there's been a huge time lag which is why looked to change, and found this app. Customer service are quick to help if needed too.
