It’s been great working with the ShipInsure team to offer this added protection to our customers. The support and communication throughout the launch were excellent, and the team has always been available whenever we’ve had questions. What is amazing too is that it’s genuine insurance: if an order goes missing, there is reimbursement for the product’s full retail value, rather than simply its cost value. Our customers appreciate the added peace of mind, and we also love how the service helps encourage repeat purchases. Highly recommended.
Great customisation options for widgets and excellent support. If your problem isn't covered in the support documentation, there is always someone on hand to help really quickly.

We use this app and it has generated a lot of cash for us as a company due to us having the ability to bundle products. Henry from customer support was brilliant at creating a workaround for us at no extra charge, really great service, we would definitely recommend.
